Throughout this time, Matt made it clear that addressing this issue was not a priority. He failed to inform us of making an appointment to drop it off or about a mail-in option until months later. He did not communicate that the original lead time for the resizing (after he received it) had been pushed back. And before this, he admitted to not having my number saved, didn't respond to messages several times over the course of 13 months and left me to follow up with him countless times. Despite my honest and patient approach, taking accountability for the initial back-and-forth, although it would have been avoided if he had communicated all of the options... I would have expected more effort from him, especially knowing that I inquired about other purchases for my wedding, he was an old friend of my mothers and I disclosed to him that I was undergoing treatment for my disability and out of work. The situation worsened when Matt became frustrated after my mother reached out the same day as I, to inquire about the status since we were over a week past the lead time he last communicated after the ring was mailed to him in June 2024. He began texting me with words in all caps and eventually shipped the ring back to my home without resolving the issue, despite telling my mother he would take care of it. His communication was not only poor and unprofessional, but also filled with assumptions about us not paying for any fees he accrued and false claims that I wouldn't allow the ring to be redone in its entirety. This experience has left me with a piece I cannot use on my wedding day and has caused significant emotional distress for both my mother and me, which also flares up my condition. The lack of humanity and professionalism shown by Matt Caparelli would personally keep me far away from this business. It is particularly disheartening as he was an old friend of my mother, who is now heartbroken over the situation.

While browsing, I came across a…read moregorgeous beautiful top that I absolutely loved but I was disappointed to find it had a small hole in it. That is when Meera stepped in. She took the time to look at the fabric, worked her magic, and was able to move the material around to fix the hole. It made me so happy because I had been loving that top from the moment I saw it and she found a perfect solution. The rest of the staff was just as kind and accommodating. One of the girls even went out of her way to search the store for another top in the same style just in case. The store itself was very clean, well organized, and a pleasure to shop in. I enjoyed my time here so much that I felt compelled to leave this review. Meera's exceptional service along with the friendliness of the entire team turned what could have been a disappointing shopping moment into a wonderful experience. Yes, I realize that some of our experiences with Walmart may not have always been stellar. However, this is a FANTASTIC deal! What? Go on with your bad self! I'm here to tell ya, if you need tires, and want an outstanding installation, and if you are a Walmart + member, free lifetime (the tire, not yours) rotation, and balancing while receiving a very highly rated set of Goodyear Reliant All Season radials (low rolling resistance, quiet, good dry, wet traction, and light snow control, yea that one!) with a 65K mile warranty then Walmart in Pooler, GA be the place. How do I know? This is the tragic part of the this story, tears optional. Our Hybrid Avalon needed a new set of tires. Followed by, only two weeks later, our Prius needing three new tires because our only four year old set of Michelin Defenders which cost $928.00 complete w/tax and installation were starting to dry rot with only 28,000 miles on them and 7/32's tread left on them. Man, that's a lot of tread left! Yea, you're right! This is the same set of Michelin tires which had one tire blow out last April 2025 on Route 17 N outside Charleston, SC when I was driving to an Emergency room for treatment. Yea, and they only had about 23,000 miles on them then. What? Yep! Total cost of seven new tires installed w/lifetime balancing & rotation (Yea, Plus Member) $952.00 including tax. What, no way! Yea way, all day! But how was your customer service experience? Outstanding! Ben who checked me in was respectful. Kelsey who did the work on our Prius was very friendly, efficient and very polite. I have forgotten the Gentleman's name (I apologize), who installed our Avalon ties but he was terrific as well. And hey, I had a new experience at this Walmart in Pooler, GA Automotive department as they actually answer the telephone! Rare, I know, but they do. So let's add this up. 1. Seven Goodyear Reliant tires for about the cost of four Michelin Defender tires. 2. Good, competitive product, rated very close to the same quality based on performance. 3. Good customer service. 4. Installation time the same with appointment. 5. Five percent cash back on all Walmart purchases with Walmart One Pay CC, free lifetime tire rotation and balancing, Paramount + or Peacock subscription for free for a year as a Walmart + member. 5. And if these tires show dry rot in four years (Please Lord no), I certainly will feel a little better having paid very close to half the price! Conclusion: Yea, I'm good to go!
