My mother ordered a custom ring from Apex Jewelers to commemorate my father's death, intending for…read moreme to wear it on my wedding day. Unfortunately, she ordered the wrong size, and I have been in contact with Matt Caparelli since May 2023 to get it resized. Throughout this time, Matt made it clear that addressing this issue was not a priority. He failed to inform us of making an appointment to drop it off or about a mail-in option until months later. He did not communicate that the original lead time for the resizing (after he received it) had been pushed back. And before this, he admitted to not having my number saved, didn't respond to messages several times over the course of 13 months and left me to follow up with him countless times. Despite my honest and patient approach, taking accountability for the initial back-and-forth, although it would have been avoided if he had communicated all of the options... I would have expected more effort from him, especially knowing that I inquired about other purchases for my wedding, he was an old friend of my mothers and I disclosed to him that I was undergoing treatment for my disability and out of work. The situation worsened when Matt became frustrated after my mother reached out the same day as I, to inquire about the status since we were over a week past the lead time he last communicated after the ring was mailed to him in June 2024. He began texting me with words in all caps and eventually shipped the ring back to my home without resolving the issue, despite telling my mother he would take care of it. His communication was not only poor and unprofessional, but also filled with assumptions about us not paying for any fees he accrued and false claims that I wouldn't allow the ring to be redone in its entirety. This experience has left me with a piece I cannot use on my wedding day and has caused significant emotional distress for both my mother and me, which also flares up my condition. The lack of humanity and professionalism shown by Matt Caparelli would personally keep me far away from this business. It is particularly disheartening as he was an old friend of my mother, who is now heartbroken over the situation.

She took the time to look at the fabric, worked her magic, and was able to move the material around to fix the hole. It made me so happy because I had been loving that top from the moment I saw it and she found a perfect solution. The rest of the staff was just as kind and accommodating. One of the girls even went out of her way to search the store for another top in the same style just in case. The store itself was very clean, well organized, and a pleasure to shop in. I enjoyed my time here so much that I felt compelled to leave this review. Meera's exceptional service along with the friendliness of the entire team turned what could have been a disappointing shopping moment into a wonderful experience. Thank you to Meera and the rest of the staff for going above and beyond. You truly made my day.

We walked over to the counter, and, again, no one acknowledged us. I wanted to browse some of the " final sale' charms. Anyone who shops here understands that one charm can be 60+ for one charm. I wanted to fill up my fourth bracelet. One employee finally walks over and says "What can I do for you", no formal greeting, no eye contact nothing. Another couple walks into the store, and they are immediately greeted. I asked about the final sale charms. She proceeds to place them in the glass for me to view. I asked about one because it didn't have pricing, and she began to browse for the item. As she flipped through the pages of this book, she continuously made this puffing motion as if it was an inconvenience that I was asking her for help. Shortly after, I declined to patronize this establishment. I would rather wait and shop at my local store back home in Atlanta, Ga. There was a little Rudolph that I was eager to purchase; however, the lack of it from this store made me reconsider. I would never come back.

I showed her online what people were buying from Amazon and I told her I did not want to buy Amazon because I wanted to support local. She showed a dress that was similar to the dresses on Amazon which was a infinity wrap dress she tried to show me different ways to wrap the dress but I told her I had concerns about it not covering my chest area or the right garment underneath she told me to go on YouTube and look at some other ways or i can come back before the function and she or her daughter wioils wrap the dress. I went home reviewed online options and there was no way for me to wrap the dress that things would not be showing. They left the alarm tag on the dress. so I had to go back and I told her I couldn't make the dress work because there was no way for me to wrap it that it would not be revealing my chest in some way. she told me she could not take it back because all sales are final even though she said for me to let her know if i was not completely pleased. She said the policy was not to give any refund even though it only had the dress three hours. she exchanged address and there was a difference in the payment and she told me she had to give it to me a gift Card and could not put the difference back on my card. She said I was attacking her even though I did not say any cross words words to her yet she told her son to go spray to dress down even though it had been 20 minutes since I had left the dress there. So she was being passive aggressive with me I was trying not to make a scene in her store in front of her customers. Do not shop at this business.... With horrible service and horrible policy. They could tell from the receipt that the necklace was just purchased. The cashier did call her boss to ask if she could do the exchange. Called the Pooler store and spoke with manager to ask about replacing earring since it was apparently not secured properly. I was hoping to be able to return to the store and have them replace the 1 earring at no additional charge. However, I was told that my only option would be to purchase a 2 piece set of earrings for $30 since they do not sell single earrings and they would put the new earring in and "make sure it won't fall out this time." So, NO, I would definitely NOT recommend this business.

Hi Everyone, What do…read morewe all hate to part with always? Money! Why? Because most of us needed it constantly in our American driven consumer (you & me) economy, daily. Ya know, the more the merrier, lol. What do most of us enjoy receiving? Value! Why? Because some of the time, it is in very short supply. Ergo, the American driven consumer (BtF, or Built to Fail) economy. But where can we consistently find value for less money? Ya know, like giving up less of what we don't want to part with (i.e. money) and more of what many of us enjoy receiving (e.g. value)? Walmart in Pooler GA, that's where. Yes, I realize that some of our experiences with Walmart may not have always been stellar. However, this is a FANTASTIC deal! What? Go on with your bad self! I'm here to tell ya, if you need tires, and want an outstanding installation, and if you are a Walmart + member, free lifetime (the tire, not yours) rotation, and balancing while receiving a very highly rated set of Goodyear Reliant All Season radials (low rolling resistance, quiet, good dry, wet traction, and light snow control, yea that one!) with a 65K mile warranty then Walmart in Pooler, GA be the place. How do I know? This is the tragic part of the this story, tears optional. Our Hybrid Avalon needed a new set of tires. Followed by, only two weeks later, our Prius needing three new tires because our only four year old set of Michelin Defenders which cost $928.00 complete w/tax and installation were starting to dry rot with only 28,000 miles on them and 7/32's tread left on them. Man, that's a lot of tread left! Yea, you're right! This is the same set of Michelin tires which had one tire blow out last April 2025 on Route 17 N outside Charleston, SC when I was driving to an Emergency room for treatment. Yea, and they only had about 23,000 miles on them then. What? Yep! Total cost of seven new tires installed w/lifetime balancing & rotation (Yea, Plus Member) $952.00 including tax. What, no way! Yea way, all day! But how was your customer service experience? Outstanding! Ben who checked me in was respectful. Kelsey who did the work on our Prius was very friendly, efficient and very polite. I have forgotten the Gentleman's name (I apologize), who installed our Avalon ties but he was terrific as well. And hey, I had a new experience at this Walmart in Pooler, GA Automotive department as they actually answer the telephone! Rare, I know, but they do. So let's add this up. 1. Seven Goodyear Reliant tires for about the cost of four Michelin Defender tires. 2. Good, competitive product, rated very close to the same quality based on performance. 3. Good customer service. 4. Installation time the same with appointment. 5. Five percent cash back on all Walmart purchases with Walmart One Pay CC, free lifetime tire rotation and balancing, Paramount + or Peacock subscription for free for a year as a Walmart + member. 5. And if these tires show dry rot in four years (Please Lord no), I certainly will feel a little better having paid very close to half the price! Conclusion: Yea, I'm good to go! And you can be too at Walmart in Pooler, GA, if your Glide Ride, needs tires. Enjoy!
