What is more, the ladies working here are super-outgoing, friendly, and very adept at helping you find a perfect scent. Unlike the staff at most Sephoras, they seem to really know a thing or two about what they sell and beyond just their own personal favorites. I should note as a dude who wanted a scent that was not traditionally masculine nor trite but not floral, either, these ladies were spot-on with recommendations even though I easily may have been the toughest customer they had seen in a few weeks. Aside from what I actually purchased, they threw in a sample of another scent which was a great choice for me as well. Clearly they picked it especial for me, and not just a random sample for just any customer. The peppermint headache sticks have been such a lifesaver for me for years now! Not only do they help ease my headaches, but I also use them when I'm feeling anxious. When I feel like I can't catch my breath, I put a little on my chest and breathe in the peppermint. The cooling sensation is so soothing and calming for me and has helped ease so many anxiety attacks. I absolutely love that this store is full of clean-ingredient, toxin-free products and healthier alternatives. Nowadays, so many of the products we use every day are filled with harsh, unhealthy, and harmful chemicals, so it's incredibly refreshing to have a store like Nourish that actually takes its ingredients seriously. You can tell they genuinely care about what goes into their products and want to provide healthier alternatives for the people using them. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing I can shop here without having to question every ingredient. The staff is absolutely amazing too! They are always the sweetest every time I visit and make shopping there an even better experience. Your skin is your body's largest organ, and if you're looking to be more intentional about the products you use on it, I highly recommend Nourish! It was very easy to spend money on everything because they carry everything you didn't think you needed but were missing in your life. From the moment you walk into the store you are treated to a little southern hospitality where the staff goes above and beyond in a little show and tell about all their wonderful products. I cannot go anywhere without the natural headache relief stick. It works wonders and is a must for when I travel or get a sudden migraine episode. I very much enjoyed the shower steamers especially because they have such a variety of different ones to choose from and they all smell great. If you suffer from dandruff, I recommend the rosemary and calamine shampoo bar just don't use it every day because it can dry out your scalp. I am obsessed with their glycerin soaps. Every soap smells amazing and these soaps are perfect for those who can't do a lot of fragrance. Highly recommend the vintage rose and the eucalyptus mint scents. One travel trick I will share about visiting the south is stressing the importance of bathing in a soap that has either eucalyptus, peppermint, and/or lavender if you want to avoid being bit by mosquitoes. I've found this trick to be the most effective to avoid getting bit because southern mosquitoes are on a whole other level of mean. Not only does this company have some really amazing products, but they also have an online store that ships within the US making it easy to restock or try new items. What impressed me even more was that they can ship your items from in-store directly to your home if you are traveling. Customer service here is top notch. Overall, I highly recommend this store.

I was very reluctant having surgery at my age of 69, but EKG and labs were ok. He assured me at my age I would be fine. I had the surgery which lasted less than 2 hours and went home with no issues. There was minimal pain and the results were awesome as well as having my breasts the same size again!! The doctor and staff were incredible! They were so extremely nice, thoughtful, and professional. I just can't say enough good things about them. Bottom line don't ever let your age be the deciding factor over health issues.

This is my review on my breast reduction and lift…read more I had a tram flap after loosing my left breast to breast cancer 30 years ago, a team flap is where they take your extra tummy, muscle, veins and nerves and transfer it to where your breast was. I also had an implant put in my right breast to balance it out. This is a very difficult procedure, a lot of pain and down time. It was traumatic at the time after going through a mastectomy, chemo and then the reconstruction/tram flap...all of this said because after 30 years at the age of 67, my implant had move upwards toward my collarbone, it was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. My left breast, the tram flap had grown to a DDD, after the 1st surgery both were a full B, at 5'1 and small boned I looked and felt miserable, uncomfortable and my self esteem had hit rock bottom. I made the very best choice ever by going to see Dr Dascombe at The Institute For Plastic Surgery. After 2 consultations he had explained everything that would take place in very basic terms. He knew and could relate to how I felt about myself, he has been in practice for almost 30 years. He will take all the time you need to answer your questions. He and is staff are absolutely the BEST!! Once I decided to have the reduction and lift I was sent home with basically the same directions that Dr Dascombe and the nurses had explained to me in office. I was given all the prescriptions ahead of time so I would be completely ready for my recovery. Now, let's talk about the procedure. I had mine on a Monday, I was met by his incredible nurses, made to feel very comfortable and taken care of. Soon after arriving I met the . The procedure was around 2 hours, after recovery I was sent home. I took pain pills only Monday evening and Tuesday. The pain was very minimal. You don't do any heavy lifting for 4 weeks, that is anything over 5 lbs. Yes, you have some soreness and tenderness but that's it! I had a great recovery!! And you are given numbers of the doctors and nurse if you need anything once you get home. Dr Dascombe called on Tuesday to checkup on me. If you want to look better in your clothes, feel better about yourself, rebuild your self esteem and just feel better.. please don't hesitate to call Dr Dascombe's office. I hope this doesn't sound vain and that I only had this procedure to look better...no...I mainly did it to feel better!!! And I Couldn't Be Happier!!!
