I'm feeling angry and a bit insulted by the OWNER and staff of this place.
Mostly, it's related to the lack of communication and customer service I see with businesses these days. People just want the apps or websites to take care of everything.
First, I get charged $40, for a two week pass...It's not clearly explained to me, what this gets me. No person tells me.
I take a basic yoga class. I'm new,, nervous, i can't keep up. All i did was start to stretch during class...as i was new. I really had little idea what i was doing. i thought it was going to be more basic, simple easy.
After class, i'm still new, looking around not sure what the studio is about. NONE of the staff is open to clearly communicating this. I'm just exploring the place.
Anyway, no one talks to me. I'm left in the dark about what the $$$ gets me. Last night, i leave a voice mail, asking for someone to call me back, to explain what class(es) are appropriate for me...
I wake up this morning.
I get a TEXT message, from the owner. It says she is documenting concerning behavior?? It says i upset a few of the clients during class, by my behavior...not participating, during class. Again, i'm new, i have little idea what i am doing during class. I put my yoga matt to the side of class, for more room. i just could not keep up.
After class, i tried using some of their hand lotion. I was concerned i accidently got some of it on their floor. I was afraid some one might slip.
I even TELL one of the staff members this...and she says tells me not to be worried because they clean the floors.
Anyway, the owner has to text me a message saying i'm not welcomed back, because i upset some of the members, staff, by my behavior. The so called, staff was, to say, the least, NOT staff.
The owner texts me all of these concerns, that i was upsetting people. The awful part, really awful is that she was judging all of my behavior, by looking at the security footage of me, during, and after class.
I'm not welcomed back. Fine. I gladly take back the $40. I actually enjoyed the actual class...I felt the endorphine release, calm, after...
My point, is related back to lack of customer service, communication.
TONS of people get upset that, like AI is now customer service, and businesses don't seem to care.
my editor's note...after talking to some friends about this experience , i realized that they they take their yoga practice too seriously. so much for inner peace... read more
