I've had my BuenoSpa hot tub for over 2 years now. The tub itself is great. However, I've had a few experiences with the company which have really shaken my faith in the brand. First, I needed to get a few replacement parts. A diverter handle broke as did an air regulator grip. I am under warranty and tried to get warranty service to fix the parts. However, I ran into some issues. First, they never answer the phone. I mean, workdays, morning, afternoon, evening. Never. I must have called 10 times and never got a live human. Until, I finally got one. It sounded like I woke him up from a nap. I started to explain my issue and 5 seconds in, he hung up on me. I was like, bro what??? I called back again and got no answer. I'm like, what kind of company am I dealing with?? So rather than go through this folly again, I decided to just buy the parts in their online store. This was about 3 months ago. I place the order, got the 2 parts I wanted plus an extra one, it was like $70 with shipping. Got an email confirmation that it was received and then nothing. Three months without tracking, an update, nothing. I reached out to their support email and yes, I called one more time, but got no answer or reply. Out of the blue, a package shows up from Hungary, where their parent company Wellis is. It's the parts! Well actually, I should say it's "the part" as only 1 of 3 items was in there. No explanation as to why it's 1 of 3, no explanation if the other parts are on the way. At that point I just decided to charge back the the missing items and be done with it. However, this entire thing got me a bit concerned about what will happen if I need major warranty service. BuenoSpa has not given me the feeling that they're reliable should something come up. So I am changing my review from 4 stars and recommended to 1 star and not recommended, simply because of their horrendous customer service. It's really a shame too because the hot tubs are great. They're just ruining the brand with their lack of customer service. read more

Purchased the Jersey hot tub 2 years ago and in November of 2025 started having issues with it. To date we have had to replace all major components on the hot tub. We purchased the pump and was told we would be reimbursed for parts which I have proof of the email stating this and instead if being reimbursed they sent us another pump. We also purchased the heater that never was reimbursed. The hot tub control panel they sent was also bad. We ended up getting rid of the hot tub as it was costing us more money in labor and repairs. All this was going on right before the 2 year warranty ran out on parts. They never once gave us any other options to replace or refund. Will never recommend or purchase from these people again. read more

It's been a nightmare dealing with this company. We purchased a jacuzzi from them, and on the day of delivery, they only sent one person--which obviously made for a terrible experience. The jacuzzi ended up falling off the truck and hitting the ground. Their service has been awful from the start. After the incident, we tried to cancel the order because they expected us to keep the damaged jacuzzi, which we returned. It's now been over a month, and we still haven't heard anything regarding our cancellation. We've called several times. The first three times, they told us our cancellation was being processed and that it would take 3-5 business days. When we called again after not hearing anything, they suddenly claimed there was no record of a cancellation at all. Seriously? We're completely overwhelmed and frustrated. The last time we called, they again promised to process the cancellation--that was two weeks ago, and still nothing. At this point, we just want our money back and to move on from this awful experience. read more

No stars. They took $6000 from me for a spa in early December with an estimated shipping date of January 17th. It's now February 18th and I have had ZERO contact from them with any kind of shipping info. They sent me an automated email "invoice" they day I purchased and then proceeded to ghost me. I have called them and left countless voicemails over the last month with zero response. Finally had to open a case and pursue legal action in the hopes of getting any kind of refund. bottom line: Buenospa is a scam disguised as a somewhat legitimate business. Some people might eventually get the order. Most probably won't. Either way, they don't give a shit because they already have your $$. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! read more

I was ready for the spa to be delivered on its side and dropped in front of the house. I had all the electrical done and ready to hook up. What I was not ready for was the leak when I tried to fill it up and use it. I had to fill out a slip and wait to get help. Then they wanted me to open it up and diagnose it??? I'm not a spa repairman. So then they had me find a somebody to repair it. It turns out that at least two things were not connected at the factory and other connections were loose. I paid for the repairs and still have not been reimbursed. There was also a ton of shaved fiberglass in the filter that they said was normal. Well when we finally used it this weekend only one side of the spa works at a time. Yes I checked all the jets, cleaned them and messed with all the valves but we either get jets on one side or the other. So half the people get jets and the other people get hot water. So now they asked me to open the emergency power switch to take a picture of the electrical. So now I'm an electrician??? So if your spa works perfectly cheers to you but if it has a problem or problems good luck getting service or reimbursement. Also expect to spend a lot of time emailing for weeks to get responses and doing your own work and coming out of pocket for your "new" spa. I'll check back once they finally fix the new problem and hopefully reimburse me for my expenses and possibly the expenses yet to be paid to bring back the technician. Oh and when you're buying the spa they call after hours and weekends but when there is a problem good luck. read more

Customer server - 0 stars. Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase this large. Calls are not answered, voicemail messages are not returned, email messages are not replied to. I'm still missing part of my delivery and have not been able to reach someone who can help.   Hot tub quality - 3 stars. I had to fix three leaks myself once it was set up, and the tub does not keep the set temperature. Tech support has not been responsive. If I had a do-over, I would choose a different company to give my money to. read more

Beautiful hot tub, terrible after sales service. I submitted a warranty claim because the skimmer is leaking on the inside on the components causing water to puddle outside the tub. I submitted the warranty claim in May right after install. It's now August and I still haven't had anyone here to fix it. read more

We recently purchased a New York bueno spa. The entire process of selecting which tub and ordering was a breeze thanks to Ryan. So glad we selected the New York, the delivery was on time and everything went smoothly. We did have a few small items that were missing in the order, a text to Ryan quickly resolved the issue. The tub is running great, thoroughly enjoy it on a daily basis. We would highly recommend the New York Bueno Spa, It has 49 jets and it can give you a full body massage. I purchased my Dallas hot tub on Black Friday 2024, online. I waited this long to write a review because I wanted to test it out for a couple of months first. I had looked at all the online only brands and compared quality, price and warranty. My goal was to get a quality hot tub for under $6,000. I went back and forth with reps for all the online brands and concluded that Bueno was the best for the money. What caused me to pull the trigger on Bueno was their Black Friday sale that included steps, cover, wifi transmitter with floating speaker and a full two years additional warranty on top of their standard warranty. No other manufacturer that I researched offered any warranty close to this. What I like most is that my parts and labor are covered for 3 years. The total delivered cost including tax was just over $6000. The hot tub is wonderful. Easy to adjust the jets, comfortable seating all acrylic. The parent company is Willis Spas which manufactures high quality hot tubs. My spa was manufactured in Hungary. I'm loving it! read more

I bought the Jersey model tub June 2024. It is now only 10 months that I have had it and one day it just cut off after a 15 minute use cycle and stopped working. For a month I have been going round with the technical support at Buenospa Wanting me to help them trouble shoot the cause. I finally said enough is enough and it then took them a week to let me know they had contacted a technician that would schedule an appointment. Now the technician contacts me and tells me the soonest he can come out is one month from now. This by far has been the worst warranty experience I have ever encountered with any purchase I have made in my lifetime. If you decide to buy form them, cross your fingers it never breaks down. This is not my first tub and I have had much cheaper that I bought from Wayfair that lasted years without need for repairs. m If I had a choice I would tell them to come pick it up and take it back as it is not worth the money I paid for it to be put through such aggrivation. read more
