My son wet underwear
Jesse R.

( This complaint is about after noon class most recently with the lack staffing, the morning are awesome I really enjoy my morning drop off with Bassema who is a amazing teacher and my son loves her.) I never had a issue with afternoon pickups with Mrs T and Mrs Maria they do a great job taking care of our son. I can't even began how upset. And disappointed I am with this school. My wife picked up our 2 year old son who is leaning potty training which I understand accidents will happen from time to time while our child is learning to use the bathroom. My major issue was yesterday with this new teacher Mrs Devon (never met this person nor introduced herself to my wife) what really was upsetting was hearing how upset my son was which we never experienced him ever being so upset were he was on the ground crying hysterically we're it took some time to calm him down and console him to a some what normal state. It was so upsetting on how this teacher "Mrs Devon" can sit in the corner of the room ignoring my sons needs and completely ignoring the other children's needs, my wife described that the room was in complete chaos with kids screaming and causing a muck. I don't understand how any human being can sit back and ignore any child who is screaming for help. When my wife approach Mrs Devon and ask what is going on she was extremely rude and being very caddy with my wife in a very rude matter. Saying there's nothing wrong he was just upset and he just peed himself. So my wife had to take matter in her own hands and clean up are son an remove the saturated, urine clothing from our son were the pants began to crust and stick to his leg which tells me that he was sitting in his own urine for some time. This is a HUGE REFLECTION ON POOR LEADERSHIP!!!!! This peer negligence on not taking proper care or making sure that substitute teacher is equipped to manger there classroom and make sure they are qualified like the other staff members. I really hope this school and get there act together lately this has been a very horrible experience in the afternoon pick ups in these last few weeks and yesterday was the final straw. So please before going to kindercare please reconsider.

First day of school for my baby Mateo! Teachers were great and oh so loving!!!!

Originally, I had enrolled my then 2 year old daughter at the Long Beach kinderCare. Instantly I fell in love with the company and after relocating to Buena ParK I enrolled my daughter at this center. It was a big difference- a good difference! This center felt more like home and less like a "center". The teachers are very sweet and welcoming. They are attentive and understanding and strive for the best! My daughter was very happy and looked forward to school everyday. She did not mind the long hours she spent there at all! 9 months later baby #2 came along and I did not think twice about enrolling him here. Teachers here LOVE him! I was nervous for them, since I knew he would be a handful but they were quick to adapt to his schedule and help with much needed advice and suggestions. My daughter, now 5, is moving on to public kindergarten. Although we'll all be very sad she won't continue with the kinderCare family, I'm glad that my son will experience the same love and attention the staff at kinderCare gave my daughter. Thanks Buena Park KC!!

What a sweet treat with a sweet note!

I went to at least ten different preschools in the area before I toured CPCLM. The previous preschools that I toured were dirty, the staff wasn't friendly, the kids were dirty, some were just a daycare and the kids didn't really learn anything or the kids there just didn't seem happy. These things all meant a lot to me and my family when looking for a preschool. Then I toured CPCLM and it was like stepping into a completely different atmosphere than I had experienced thus far. When we were on the tour we went to each classroom and all of the kids knew the director and ran to give her a hug. All of the kids seemed like they were smiling ear to ear, there was so much joy just oozing out of this place! It was very clean, the kids were not just playing but learning as each class had a curriculum and the classes were small so each child received more attention. The prices were far more reasonable than any other preschool and they offered part time and full time options. We had found it! This was the type of place we had been looking for. My daughter graduated in 2020 then I sent my younger two kids as well and one graduated in 2023 and one in 2024, and we couldn't have made a better decision. I have literally nothing bad to say about this wonderful preschool and tell everyone I come across they need to send their kiddos here!

Ever since his first day at school all the way until now, all of the teachers have been extremely attentive and caring. They took the time to really understand my son--his likes, dislikes, quirks and all--to help him develop into a little boy he is today. It is very evident that they spend a lot of time coming up with their school curriculum for the little ones to help them explore this world in a safe environment. This school is not a daycare where toddlers go to just play. It's a school that cultivates social, emotional, mental development of each and every child individually while teaching them the fundamentals (alphabet, shapes, math, reading, etc etc etc). Amazing! I am so thankful for each and every teacher (Ms. Eunice, Ms. Sandra, Ms. Min, Ms. Diana, Ms. Yvette, Ms. Jovana, Ms. Gina, Mr. Chad, Mrs. Kong). Every single one has been phenomenal and very caring. I am so sad that our son will be graduating and leaving this school. But excited for what's to come. You will not regret sending your child to Dream I Education Center.

From day one, it was clear that the teachers there weren't just there to collect a paycheck, but they actually care about every single child. They took the time to really get to know our son in meaningful ways that really helped him along in his development. He struggled a bit with a speech delay, but all the teachers and administration there met this challenge with great care and empathy. They don't take a "one size fits all" approach, but tailor their methods to meet the needs of each individual child. This was abundantly clear in the way our son grew into the intelligent, quirky, silly, loving, little boy he is today. Most importantly to us, they teach faith based (Christian) values to the children. Given the inapproriate curriculum that public schools are trying push these days, it was a big point of concern for us. We are very grateful for Dream-I Education's values and teaching methods. We thank God for the time our son had at Dream-I and have no doubt that they had a wonderful influence and impact on him.

His socialization skills have improved immensely and his intellectual capacity has grown exponentially. I'm always amazed by what he knows or has learned. Their tuition is very reasonable. Their teachers are honestly the best there is and they love the kids so much. Quality Montessori education in a loving environment. Edit: I don't understand the negative review below mine. I'm actually offended that this person even attacked Ms. Tabitha or Ms. Amy's character. They are nothing but the kindest and caring humans I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I reiterate: My husband and I could not be happier with our experience at this Montessori daycare. From the moment we walked in, we felt warmth, calm, and genuine care. The classrooms are beautifully prepared, inviting, and thoughtfully designed to encourage independence and curiosity. The teachers are beyond amazing -- patient, attentive, and deeply respectful of each child as an individual. They truly embody the Montessori philosophy, guiding rather than directing, and nurturing confidence, focus, and a love of learning. It has been incredible to watch our child grow in independence, communication skills, and self-esteem in such a short time. We especially appreciate how the program fosters practical life skills, kindness, and problem-solving. Our child comes home excited to share what they learned and proudly demonstrates new skills every week. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and included. The sense of community here is something special -- it feels like an extension of our family. If you're looking for a nurturing, enriching, and joyful environment where your child will truly thrive, this Montessori daycare is an absolute gem. We are so grateful we found it! You won't be disappointed nor regret your decision in having your child learn here. We're even going to put our daughter in once their infant room is up and running!

Our kiddo had a hard time transitioning (he started at age 2) however the teachers were super supportive and kind to all three of us. We stayed 2 years at LiMai and I will definitely be returning if we are blessed with another baby. Our kiddo went from us thinking he had a delay with speech to being a chatterbox in one month! When he transitioned to the older kid class, his teachers were also phenomenal here! Ms. Dianna and Ms. Rehka are so kind and treat every kid like their own. My kiddo looked forward to going to school because he felt so comfortable in his class. Overall, LiMai is a great investment, for many reasons. I always felt safety and our children's privacy was the upmost importance. I also felt like there was huge difference in our child's academic ability compared to other kids his age and also noticed how he began picking up healthy habits such as wanting to be more involved and helpful at home. Definitely a very great way to build some important foundational skills.

They have clear communication on everything that's going on with the center (events, day to day activities, health checks, center closures) and you're given notice well in advance. Payment, check in/out, and communication are all done through Brightwheel (an app) and it's such a smooth process. Even though it's a bit modern, my in-laws (that are a bit older and have a harder time with technology) are still able use the app to pick up my daughter and enjoy the occasional pictures and videos that are sent through there. My daughter doesn't really take to strangers well. She did have an adjustment period but has soon blossomed in the infant classroom and loves her teachers. The teachers are caring and informative and we are so pleased with the kind of care they provide our daughter. And we know she's not the easiest baby. They have been able to help our child make huge progress with nap time and even with playing with other kids. I truly feel her personality has blossomed due to the work the infant room teachers put into our daughter. She always comes home happy from the day. The infant room itself (as well as the other rooms we toured in the facility) are also clean and does not have a smell. We toured other facilities where the smell was so strong it stayed with me the rest of the day and was actually one of the deciding factors in choosing CCs. My daughter also has an egg and milk allergy. They assigned high chair specifically for her and are always on the look out for any reactions from food. She recently outgrew her milk allergy but not the egg. During the recent mother's day Muffins with Mom's event, they provided a special vegan muffin for her so she can enjoy the event with me. The teacher running the event wasn't my daughter's regular teacher, but she recognized my daughter anyway and knew to offer me the vegan muffin. I was so touched by this gesture. We haven't had experience with the older classrooms, but have toured them and are rest assured my daughter will grow up well cared for and well educated here at CCs. We are excited for her to learn and grow here. We are so pleased with our experience that we've already reserved our spot for our next baby due in a few months. We highly recommend this daycare center and will recommend it to anyone look for care in the area.

I reached out to La Habra Montessori after doing research with La Habra moms groups and recommendations based on their child care in the area. I have a 18 month old and am currently pregnant, looking for enrollment for both my children in the future. We've reached out to multiple facilities and been given multiple tours based on our enrollment timeframe and had no issues until this facility. The first issue we ran into was the way we received our first email response. Despite my email to the "Director" being signed as my first and last name, the response I received was addressed to a Ms. (Maiden name). Confused, I responded, and clarified, both mine and my husband's name as well as our intent to tour their facility still. The response I received was again addressed as Ms. (maiden name). At this point it feels disrespectful, since I've now addressed what my name is twice and the response we're received hasn't reflected that knowledge. Curious to how (and why) the "Director" is addressing me this way I decided to just ask where they got that name from. Apparently my email icon shows my maiden name, unknown to my knowledge till this point (and never having this issue before). My issue is the lack of respect in addressing a potential client as the signed (and clarified) name, on not one but multiple response threads. There was a point when it seemed intentional in speaking down to me. Additionally to this, the response we received for our actual tour inquiry was to essentially "come back later". So we were declined a tour based on the timeframe of when we were hoping to start enrollment. No matter what our timeline is, we have questions that have now gone unanswered. Is this facility one that we're going to consider when the time comes? Likely not. It would have been nice to have our questions answered, meet the staff, and see the facility so we can narrow down our choices when the time comes to decide one of the most important choices of who to place your children in care with. Very unfortunate considering how close we are to this facility and the convenience it would have been for our family. Just based on this limited experience unfortunately our family cannot recommend reaching out.
