Last year they started a practice of canceling your appointment if they don't have the referral in hand a few days before. My PCP sent referrals and NE Derm kept misfiling them. It took 6 months and many many phone calls before they figured out their mistake. This year they called me the week before to say that they didn't have the referral from the PCP but I could keep my appointment if I paid $159.... Un.be.lievable. They assured me I'd get the $ back once insurance comes through. A security deposit on a medical appointment?! The Springfield office in particular is particularly bad. Every person I dealt with in the registration area was outright rude or unhelpful. But the checkout staff are the friendliest people you'll meet. The practice has just become a factory. It's more important to them to simplify the paperwork than to get patients in for care. But once you're in, they'll be lovely. Until the next appointment...

I just had to say something because I am a Doordash delivery guy I go into…read moreultra beauty quite a bit the manager there seems to be nice but this past visit was unbelievable rudeness through the roof. There was three women on staff they knew I was standing there cause I had my Doordash bag to pick up some items. One person didn't even say hey welcome I'll be right with you. They just ignored me and then I'm steaming. The steam is coming out of my ears and then I say hey come on help me still got ignored finally after 25 minutes. The manager came over and I said hey where am I supposed to stand even though she knows me from seeing me she gave me some attitude. It wasn't busy in the store, but they knew when you're walking in the door there's a spot that Doordash stand and she said well they couldn't see you. I'm telling you I'm never having life. They just lost 20 customers plus because I'm passing the word out about this so all people that I know that shop there are going to tell their friends it used to be a nice place to shop now the staff thinks they're better than other people that's how they come across but they don't say like oh welcome or thank you for shopping here they've become so complacent.
