It did show. Some of the shellac was over my cuticles and was in pools on the sides of my nail beds. Their polishes were limited, dusty, and the polish formulas were separated inside the bottle. My photos are posted with the pale pink shellac. You can see where it has lifted, and peeled off. Note the pinky nail is completely bare and was hanging off the nail. Two notes 1. I haven't been aggressive with them. 2. I want to do 1 star but the girl who did my manicure was really sweet, and probably needs more practice/clients to do shellac on.

She was rushed and had people waiting, or I would have demanded a do over (or just that she take everything off so I could go somewhere else), but it took 2 hours to begin with, so who has that kind of time??? As a disabled veteran, wellness access and predictability matter to me. Instead of transparency or accommodation, I was met with silence and dismissal when I asked for clarification. No effort was made to work through the situation, respond meaningfully, or offer a fair resolution. This wasn't about special treatment - it was about basic communication, fairness, and respect.
