I took it back they said they heard no noise and charged me for freon. Days later my car stopped in the middle of the road. I ended up taking it to a different shop and they discovered an entire part missing from my car. I tried calling/texting Velas and received no answers. I drove to the shop and they knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me my part back. Their interaction was weird when I mentioned to them that the entire engine hose was missing. I am not the first review that mentions they are missing parts after getting repairs done at the this shop. There's also multiple people on social media accusing them of allegedly taking parts from their vehicles. Not sure if this is what they were trying to do with my vehicle but it resulted in me paying over $300 to fix the damage my car experienced after this part was missing and the car was being driven without it.

I just know it was ugly how it happened and we drove around with the spare tire on into the next afternoon after checking out a couple of other places that were supposed to be open on Sunday but weren't. My wife found these guys online and we went straight to them. Two of them immediately greeted me and they determined they couldn't patch the damage to tat tire but confirmed they had the tires of that size in stock. They quickly jacked up the car and replaced both rear tires since I figured we might as well get two tires since the tread was really low on both. The main thing is they were friendly, professional, quick and efficient. I paid only $90 for two tires that were pretty much like brand new. You can't beat a deal like that. So here goes my review for them, they had us in and on the road back to Austin in less than 30 minutes, and I think they're great.
