The only saving grace of this place was the server, a nice older lady committed to managing the front of house. The restaurant is clean enough, and if you're looking for the 'bud light-ness,' it has the decor. You order from a QR code attached to the table. The fries were some of the worst I've ever had, definitely frozen, weren't even cooked properly so they tasted old and cardboard-y. No salt either. The fried chicken sandwich bun continued to deteriorate as we ate, leaving a pile of chicken on the plate that had fallen out. The only good part of it was the pickles. Don't go here for anything more than a Bud Light, or at least manage your expectations. They had a good bud light on draft (I would hope so lol). Also the sandwich and beer was USD 40.00 which is just outrageous for what you get. This is a last resort airport restaurant in my opinion

We were at MIA heading to the other side of the world to Latvia to visit our relatives on 6/27/23. We were in a bit of a rush before boarding time and were hungry. This place wasn't crowded (a clue obviously) so we picked this place. The ambiance was " airport restaurant " and wasn't very busy. The food was just ok. I love Cuban sandwiches , if prepared correctly. Unfortunately, the Cuban bread was burnt in several places and was hard to bite down on. We were in a hurry, and I didn't want to have to wait for another sandwich, so I let it go. The fries were good. We shared a small slice of cheesecake, and it was good enough but nothing special. Service was ok, a little slow but not too bad for an airport. We won't be going back next time we travel.

In dire need of new management. Single bartender supporting whole restaurant, who also added an 18% gratuity for himself for my take away order None of the QR code scanners work, place was a mess, took 20 minutes to order a chicken Caesar and the pretzel sticks. I was given a salad with feta and tomatoes and sent it back, and the guy proceeds to tell me the chef said it was their Caesar.. ‍‍‍ breadsticks look gross, and no Dijon Mustard was provided. $44 wasted.

This place is just awful. but it's the only lounge in terminal H, so you have no choices and they know it. No service, I had to ask someone for water and she appeared very bothered by my request. Thr food is terrible! Drinks are ridiculously over priced. But again, no other real choices. Just go to pizza hut, you'd be happier at the quality expected.

    Empty bar...

The place is nearly empty. But the barmaid, with maybe the worst attitude possible for someone in a service position, says we can't sit anywhere but the couple of dark seats inside in the back. Whatever. So, we sit down. A couple of minutes, as she's walking by, she says "you'll have to scan the QR code and order from there." Not really... there are always options...we chose to leave and walk all the way back to the beginning of the terminal and go anywhere else. The attitude was so bad that it could have had an influence on the lack of clientele. It certainly did for us. If rather go hungry and thirsty than put up with that kind of service. I will avoid this place, and I recommend that you skip it as well.

This place is just disgusting and horrible! Stick with getting a cocktail but please do not eat anything here. We got the appetizer platter which I forgot to take a picture of because I think we are just so in shocked with what was served to us. The crazy thing is they actually put chunks of basic chicken on the platter which wasn't even described in the description on the menu. My girlfriend took one bite of a mozzarella stick and she just couldn't do it anymore. I was picking at it but was making jokes the whole time that I'm sure I'll be running to the restroom in 30 minutes. Luckily enough that didn't happen. I don't understand why the quality in an airport just isn't possible or nobody gives a damn. It's just ridiculous. But this is Bud light and they were canceled for their own stupidity so this just goes to show that they don't give a damn anyways.

    What I got...

I've worked in 49 states and 6 foreign countries. I just got halfway through the absolute worst airport meal in my 35 years of travel. The "Wynwood Nachos" were plantain chips (fine) covered in pub cheese (not fine, apparently, literally diluted cheese flavored water). Were supposed to arrive with chili, with chicken as a substitute, came with chicken I didnt ask for and were barely lukewarm (that's being generous). The only flavor were the jalapeños I has to request. Again, the absolute worst airport meal I've ever had. Three additional things. 1. Why did I finish half of it? I was hungry and had paid for it. 2. They did not have a few items on the menu 3. I don't leave negative reviews unless the service or food is truly horrible. In this case, the food qualifies. Service was OK, not great but perfectly acceptable.

Breaded cartledge and bone is what we were served as Chicken tenders.

We made a reservation prior to coming because in order to make it inside you need to book a reservation. The establishment is small which is why you have to reserve. We came at around 10:45 and our reservation was for 11:00. They sat us down right away. The vibes are chill and cool, there's a dj playing music. It was like house, tech vibes. The music was great and people were enjoying their time. We had 1 cocktail each and went on our way because we just came to check out the spot honestly. I had the fabulous martini which has a purple hue to it, it was very refreshing. I love that they garnish it with a lavender. The espresso martini was made with Don Julio Reposado, and had real fresh espresso as per the menu. It was good but a bit strong too! We had asked for an extra shot of espresso on the side just as a pick me up. But our server told us that it comes cold, which is odd because the menu literally says freshly brewed espresso in the cocktail description. It was fine though, we still enjoyed the drinks. Overall, our experience was nice! If you are ever in the Hialeah area, you should totally check this spot out. They also have bites you can order but we were full from dinner and didn't get a chance to try anything. Definitely have to come back to try some more cocktails and grab some bites!

But thankfully their main area was tasteful and had a perfect atmosphere for New Years Eve. We ordered the following apps: 1. Arroz negro (black squid ink rice with cuddlefish): absolutely delicious 10/10 2. Carbonara croquettes: this is the Second time we ordered this and just as good 10/10 3. Crispy fried artichokes: absolutely lovely, light and airy 10/10 For mains: 1. Oxtail paella: delicious, and unique. Great for those who don't like seafood. Huge shareable size. 10/10 2. Duck breast: small portion but tasty. 8/10 3. Snapper with fennel: delicious especially the fennel side. Dessert: 1. Chocolate mousse: not bad, but not life changing. 7/10 2. Labneh with saffron syrup and crunchy honey: out of this world. What a unique and unexpected delight. It was a special of the day but we hope they bring this back, it's too good and nothing like it anywhere else! 20/10 Beverages: 1. Holiday shot in souvenir glass: tbh I only got this for the glass but the shot was okay: espresso, mint liqueur and orange liqueur. It was heavy on the mint which I wasn't a huge fan of. 8/10 3. Macchiato 10/10-really love the china cups they are served on--it elevates the experience.

The staff are warm and friendly , and there is ample comfortable seating. The food options are disappointing, but Flagship customers also have access the standard American lounge too which sometimes has more appealing food options and everyday comfort deserts (like Brownies, rice Krispy treats or German cake). One of my favorite amenities of the Flagship lounge is the shower suites. I enjoy a nice shower before a long international flight (as well as the Arrivals Lounge in Heathrow for example, upon arrival). At the MIA flagship lounge if you arrive with sufficient time they will add your name to the list and typically a shower suite will be ready in about 30-60 minutes. Aside from the showers, it's really all the open seating I enjoy compared to the standard lounge which can get very loud and busy.

On this visit we had the pleasure of experiencing Flagship First dining which is a private, full-service restaurant within the Flagship Lounge. Flagship First dining exists only in Miami and DFW. The LAX Flagship First dining remains closed. Food and beverage options in Flagship First are definitely a step above the standard Flagship Lounge offerings including Laurent-Perrier Grand Siecle champagne! Many years ago, Flagship First had Krug champagne but sadly no more. The decor inside is classy and chic and service is impeccable and attentive. I wanted to try something small since I knew the flight would have a meal as well. I tried the crab cake which was excellent and the perfect size for a snack. Of course, I had the Laurent-Perrier champagne as well - truly outstanding! For dessert I had the poached pear which was delightful! I also had the Irish coffee, but this was much worse than the one I had experienced in DFW. There was neither a cinnamon stick nor whipped cream because they were apparently out of both. Oh well. First world problems! Anyway, definitely visit the Flagship Lounge if you are able and definitely, definitely try Flagship First dining if you get the chance!

Last night, that was the case for me and Oscar at the bar was just outstanding. I asked him how the mahi-mahi tacos were and he gave them his highest recommendation. For a beverage? Generously portioned on toasted flour tortillas with just the right amount of pickled vegetables, well executed fish and a little chipotle crème that makes the while dish come together. It came and I discovered it was calamari, soggy zuchini pieces and okra, I think. The calamari was overcooked and rubbery. On the second night, my wife and I ordered room service. I picked my hamburger up and my bun was so soggy, it fell apart on the first bite. I could not even hold it to eat it because it was kept falling apart. My wife was trying to eat her bowl and her plastic spoon broke causing the food to spill all over the bed. There was no table in the room for us to eat at, so we had to eat on the bed. Not a good experience at all. I do not recommend this restaurant and can't say a $20 hamburger that is so soggy that it falls apart is ever worth the money!
