DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My car battery died and would not jumpstart, so I had my insurance company send roadside assistance, which happened to be Budget Collision. My first ETA of an hour was given around 12:45 pm. 1:45 pm came and went, so I called for an update and was told it would take an additional hour. Things happen, at this point I tried to have patience. Once 3:00 pm came and went I tried to get an update again--I will save everyone time and tell you that it was 6:00 pm before anybody arrived! Luckily my car died in my apartment complex parking lot, but for all Budget Collision knew I was stranded on the side of the road. Unacceptable! I wish this was the end of my story. When the tow truck arrived the driver attempted to jump start my car, which didn't work. However, for some reason whenever we tried to jump start the car the driver's side window rolled down completely. The driver assured me he would fix the window once my car arrived at the dealership. Well, he did not! My car arrived at the dealership on Friday evening, and since they were closed until Tuesday for Labor Day weekend, nobody was there to at least cover my window until Tuesday morning. My car was sitting outside with the window completely open for FOUR DAYS, during which rainstorms completely ruined my leather seats. I have already told my insurance company to never send this horrible towing service to any other customers again. They were just as shocked as I was with this company's behavior. read more

My husband sat on the side of the road for 3 hours. They gave me a new story everytime I called. Terrible service. I have never in my life had to wait that long for a tow and with NO communication. If youre running HOURS behind schedule the very least you can do is let the customer know. I shouldnt have to call over and over wondering where the hell the driver is. read more

Worst company ever! It ended up with a man calling from 586-719-1859 stating "Good luck finding your car!" The address for this horrid location is 3263 Dix Highway, Lincoln Park. My car is currently being towed by Westland Car Care, which has always done an amazing job. I called my insurance back to request they tow to the CORRECT location! read more

Office staff is rude, and inconsiderate. they tell you a time and never arrive.

The tow truck driver never came and I had to find another towing service after they were over 2 hours late to their ETA. I called almost 10 times and each time they claimed a towed truck was in it's way and would be there in 30 mins. I waited over 4 hours total in the snow and cold. Don't use this service. read more

I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!!!! Ordered the tow (confirmed by one of your associates) at 9:30pm. ETA on the tracking website stated 10:54pm. Called in at 10:45pm just to check the ETA with a person instead of a website and was told 30-45 minutes longer. There was an update on the website tracker that stated the truck was on the scene at 11:10pm, and no truck in sight! I have time-stamped pictures as proof. I was upset (understandably-since it is New Years Eve) but waited. I then received a phone call from the driver at 11:30pm asking me to send him my location from my iPhone to his. I was a bit taken aback since I had already confirmed my location both with a representative via phone and the website AND the website stated he was already there, but I still complied, and I sent my location to the tow drivers personal cell phone (which made me extremely uncomfortable, but I didn't want any more delays). I waited 17 minutes, still no arrival which is weird because your office was SIX MINUTES away from my location. So I sent another text to the driver asking for an ETA. I was then told another TWENTY MINUTES because he had to STOP AND GET GAS!!!!!!!!!! The level of unprofessionalism was ridiculous!!!!!!! My three young children had to spend the New Year watching the ball drop with my neighbor. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Edit: The owner did reach out to me in regards to my experience and was very apologetic and sincere. Thank you, sir, for your professionalism. State Farm called them for a tow for me at 9am and at 12:40pm I had to call and cancel and ask for a different company. 3 1/2 hours of sitting on the side of the highway and everytime I called they told me it will be 20min. This company was only 9min away from where I was stranded. Not recommended if you want quick service. read more

I would have given no stars if it would have let me I called and confirmed with the company she said the tow truck was on its way then I waited 2 1/2 hrs and then called to see when they would be here and I was told that it would be another 2 hrs canceled my toe with them and went with another company will never use these people again read more

the worst, i got my truck towed easy spot to pick up, literally had just back up to it, he backed up to it and pulled my truck in PARK, not neutral but PARK, and the owner called me talking crazy from threats to talking about my mother, this company is terrible. read more

My car was towed by a driver named Monte. He called me when he dropped it off and told me he locked my car doors and left my key in the mailbox. I had my roommate there waiting to get the key from him. When I got home, I checked my car and several items were missing. Those items were (2) $90 bottles of cologne, a small socket set, a Bosch OBDII bluetooth enabled computer reader for diagnostics, and other small hand tools. I DO NOT recommend this company whatsoever. Find a different one. They're crooks. I called and the owner said unless I can prove the driver took the items, then there's nothing he will do. read more

My car broke down. My insurance dispatched this company to tow my vehicle. To start, they arrived a few hours after I was told they were going to arrive, and TOWED MY CAR TO THE WRONG LOCATION. This was after I directly gave the address and name of my preferred auto mechanic shop. After I discovered they towed it to the incorrect location, they took little to no responsibility for this mistake. It was towed a second time, AGAIN TO THE WRONG LOCATION. I have spent the past TWELVE DAYS attempting to locate my vehicle because of their incompetence. Throughout the entire process, they maintained my car was delivered to a certain address, but even after camera footage and later discovering my car was 0.1 miles away from where it was supposed to be, they claimed no liability or wrongdoing. After speaking with the manager and expressing they were held responsible, I was told "You can hold God accountable." On day twelve, it required a POLICE ESCORT to ensure my car was delivered to the correct location which is insane. Their reputation is shit, their customer service is trash, and their ability to tow a vehicle to the correct location is apparently impossible. I recommend to NEVER use this company if you want to maintain peace of mind. In fact, I thank God I got the police involved otherwise who knows how long my car would have remained missing due to their mishandling my vehicle. 0/10 would recommend and 0/5 stars (had to give one star to be able to post this). tow guy was fine ! towing dispatch are lying pieces of shit !! i waited 3 hours after the time i was given !! i kept getting told 15-20 minutes top !! after 2 and half hours i was told to just leave the car where its at and put the keys under the floor mat !! i was not doing that !! there dispatch is absolutely horrible and i was more the patient with them , and i kept getting lied to being told 15-20 minutes top that they where just behind a little bit . i had to call into work and have someone pick my kids up from me , due to dispatch lying about where the driver was . driver was very apologetic and calmed me down a little bit , he was even wondering on why dispatch kept lying saying he was 15-20 minutes out , this company is very unprofessional my insurance company does not need to pay that service work because of my experience!! i would never call this tow company in a million years !! it got to the point where i was going to say screw it and pay for my own towing service because i knew if i did , they would be there way before this tow company and i wouldn't have been lied to for 3 hours!!!!!!!! read more
