We discovered this on a Sunday evening. Joe became our plumber that night because he made himself available to come out the following morning. And he arrived on time. What he found was a catastrophe that involved a crew to rip out a whole section of sidewalk in front of our house to clear the several feet of city tree branch that had grown into our pipes.
