While the business mostly deals with plumbers and others in the construction and maintenance trades, they can and do help do-it-yourselfers and homeowners; trust me, you will receive better products and advice from here, than you will from one of the 'big box' home improvement stores. Seriously ... just go to M & G's and ask for Richie ... he's the bomb! He will hook you up with whatever you need to solve your plumbing problem. This location has a narrow parking lot, but that's my only real complaint - nothing they can do about that anyway. They also sell swimming pool supplies.

I simply called to get someone to fix my leaky faucet. I was informed that he would not bring two of his worked over at $250 unless I would buy a new faucet. I've used several plumbing services over the years, and none compare to Zompa Plumbing. Mike and…read morehis son were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. After a bathroom floor replacement turned into a nightmare--with the flooring company leaving a huge mess, my toilet in the bathtub, my bathroom door off, and even my baseboards in the trash--I was already stressed and displaced in a hotel. The flooring company also took three extra days to finish, due to a dispute between the owner and his contracted worker, delaying the plumbing work. Throughout it all, Mike answered every call, offered helpful advice, and reassured me they would come as soon as I was ready. His son arrived early, completed the plumbing work perfectly, tried to put my door back on for me, and even took away my old toilet at no charge. Their price was significantly lower than the other quotes I received, and the work was excellent. I'm so grateful for their kindness and professionalism and will always use Zompa Plumbing going forward!

I had a fantastic experience with Soares Plumbing & HVAC Services and wanted to give a shoutout to…read moreJohn, who went above and beyond. I originally called to get a hot water recirculation line installed so I could finally have instant hot water at my kitchen sink. During his inspection, John noticed corrosion on my cast iron pipes that was causing a leak whenever I flushed the first floor toilet. What impressed me most is that several plumbers had looked at my place before and none of them caught it. He flagged it right away and explained everything clearly. He then quoted me a very fair price for the labor, a new toilet, and installation, and was able to schedule everything within the week. When the toilet arrived, he noticed a small blemish and told me he wouldn't install it because it didn't meet his standards and he told me not to pay until it was done right. That level of integrity is rare. When he came back with the replacement, he discovered the previous homeowner had done some questionable work with the flooring and the toilet had been sitting at an angle. Instead of just reinstalling it the same way, John took the extra time to properly level and seat it flush with the floor, which clearly took extra effort and skill. John is a true perfectionist, incredibly personable, and you can tell this is a family business that really cares about doing things the right way. The pricing was very fair and the quality of work was outstanding. Highly recommend.
