They offer many, many different beers that I would normally never try if I had to buy 6 at a time. But with the mix-N-match pack I can try 6 different beers to see if I like them. Love it! After a significant amount of time the waitress returned to check on us and let us know the pizzas would be out soon, so we asked her about the appetizer. She admitted that she forgot to put it in. She asked if we still wanted it, which we did, and so she said it would be 8 minutes in the oven. The food all came out within the next 10 minutes or so (minus the appetizer), and we dove in. It was all very good and we were happy with the options we chose. The waitress returned once we were finished eating and we asked for boxes and the check. The appetizer still hadn't came out. She apologized again and asked if we just wanted it boxed up to go, to which we said yes. Several minutes later a manager showed up and told us again, that there was a miscommunication and the appetizer was never made and yet to be placed in the oven. At this point, we asked it to be canceled and just asked for boxes and the check. Things happen, and the way they responded to the mistake is the reason I am still giving them 4 stars.
