This is the reason I give 4 stars. The 2nd major issue was the woman screaming at the top of her lungs, at 3am. She wasn't screaming for help, she was actively trying to wake up the entire hotel. Even with the sound proofing, she was off the rails. Thankfully the Sheriff came just as I was going to introduce her to the find out phase of messing around. This was not the hotels fault. It could have happened at any place. As a result of the chaos, the manager gave me a partial credit. I am grateful. But still it cost too much. If we didn't only have an hour to get ready and leave for the wedding, I would have left immediately and demanded a refund. I will never stay at this hotel again and neither should you. Spend the extra $40 and stay at the Hampton Inn. Then you won't have to sleep fully clothed in fear of catching bed bugs.
