Driver who picked me up today, she wasn't really wild about conversation, which is fine. I'm OK with that but her tailgating and crossing over a double yellow line to pass someone...that was not safe. Now your driver Montgomery, now he was a breath of fresh air. We had a wonderful conversation. He's an excellent driver, very conscientious and he has a great work ethic even helped me get my bags in and out of the car seat for me because I have a bad leg.... friday/ september 29, 2025. my name is lucia. i had a month's reservation ahead to make a very importandentist appointment.... i live in petaluma, and i made my reservation way an hour an advance , to take me to my dentist in russian river this circus of a transportation, either the dispatcher " mike" overbooked the logistics of the patient's rides, or the driver julie/ judi..... something happened. i cannot believe how much disrespect this company has for medical patient's precious time... i called the company to be answered by an incompetent dispatcher that has no concern for patients & their medical rights. the collaboration with partnership health care & budget friendly transportation gave me a very bitter taste in my mouth & unnecessarily aggravated. had a i a crystal ball, to prevent this very important dental appointment....i would not have used this company.all the way. this company should not even be in existence if they can't respect people's doctor's appointments.horrible service/ a nightmare of an experience.... read more

They did not pick me up. I was told that my pick up would be at 1p and at 1:10p I called to see where my ride was-they said they called me at 12:40 to pick me up (i did not get a call or text) and since they couldn't get ahold of me , they canceled my ride (also without informing me). I was late for my appointment because I had to get my ruminate to agree to take me at the last minute. They didn't take responsibility, nor offer a reasonable solution and suggested I just change my appointment. When I got angry on the phone they just hung up on me and never called back to offer an apology. They created more anxiety for me when the ride was supposed to make having the medical procedure go more smoothly. read more

I'm not sure what leaving a review here is really going to do, except let me vent, because I believe they contract with low budget insurance companies & rehabs. I can echo Bridgets review almost to a T except I completely missed out on a very important therapy that I needed because my ride never showed up. When I called the company to give them holy hell they hung up on me and that's after I had received a call from them this morning confirming it and me calling them back and verbally confirming the ride. Ultimately they canceled my whole trip which left me in a really terrible position. And to make matters worse there is absolutely no recourse and nothing to be done about it. They can just keep doing what they're doing and that's frightening, considering that they are partaking in medical rides. As someone else reviewed, you can't understand a word they say And if all of that's not bad enough one of their drivers started texting me personally And as another reviewer stated they know where you live Any private party who doesn't have to ride with this because of their insurance. Stay Away I'm definitely going a different route because this has happened twice. I no did contact my local police department to get advise on the inappropriate driver after I saw another reviewer had a similar experience. My insurance arranged for this company to take me for a medical procedure. 1. You can rarely get anyone to answer the phone. 2. phone calls went unreturned. 3. in my case they subcontracted my trip to a Lyft driver. They were late! Told him the wrong time. 4. I was 20 minutes late! 5. Their inability to speak English and understand it made it quite difficult. 6. They are unreliable, irresponsible, uncaring, unprofessional and caused great stress. Cut out the middle man which is this company and call Lyft as the driver was great! read more

Horrible. They made me miss two important specialist medical appointments by not showing up to pick me. They did not contact me and when I called they said they were running late but never came. Another time, my 10 y/o had an appointment and they never showed up to pick us up after her appointment leaving us stranded outside. They were saying they were running late the first two times I called. After not showing up, my third call they said they were now closed with no driver to come pick us up. read more

When there was a mistake on my insurance end for transportation and the first two companies refusing o to pick up at 3 am I was accepted by Budget Friendly. The great thing is that they are a 24 hours service and they are very friendly and professional. I was notified by my driver the night before that he would be there at 3 am. He was on time and very courteous. Miguel is his name and he went out now his way to help me with my belongings upon arrival with my daughter to the hospital. I can't thank him enough. If you are seeking reliable transportation Budget Friendly is hands down the best. Ask for Miguel as your driver!!! Can't recommend him enough. read more

Didn't know my medical insurance company scheduled me for a ride from my doctors appointment to my home which is 42 plus miles away from doctors office to my home. The transportation was late, so I called Motiv care to see where/when my ride was coming. Motiv care stated that Budget Friendly Transportation would be there any minute and that my driver was "Lincoln." I instantly got upset and stated that I was refusing the ride due to safety reasons!!! I had a serious problem with this driver a few weeks ago, after I and my minor son had a Motiv care ride from a doctors appointment where we got picked up in San Ramon. The driver seemed nice at first. BUT a week later I got a call late one night that was so late that he woke me up out of my sleep! I didn't know who he was, until he stated he worked for Budget Friendly and that his name was Lincoln and that he gave me and my son a ride . I stated why he was calling ME?! And he stated that he wanted to come to my house and take me to his house so that I could clean up his house and do some "THINGS", And he would pay me well. And that it would be him and his grown son! I then stated to him that he had the wrong damn woman on the phone, I stated I wasn't a damn maid, or sex worker! And that he better not call ME AGAIN!!!! HE is definitely crazy and some kind of sicko freak!!! BEWARE of the drivers from Budget Friendly Transportation! The drivers get your address as well as your phone number when dispatched to pick you up! So bottom line was when Lincoln was dispatched to pick me up today from my doctors appointment I FLAT OUT REFUSED TO RIDE WITH Lincoln!!! He is weired and very unsafe! So I called Motiv care to report I was refusing an UNSAFE ride, and why and Motiv care called Budget Friendly and I then got a call from one of the higher ups at Budget Friendly yelling and calling me names and stating that ALL his drivers are checked for criminal history and passed! I didn't give a GREAT DAMN what he said!!! I'm protecting myself!!! And Motiv care dispatchers don't care either because it's been 4 hours, and their STILL saying their TRYING to find me a ride home possibly by 4pm!!! I tell you I asked a total of 3 BUS drivers, and Bart to please give me a courtesy ride just to get home 42 plus miles home while also being disabled!!! They were supposed to pick me up at 10:15am, they got here at 11:15am. the appointment time was for 11:00am . I had to reschedule it. it was a very very very important appointment. another time, they came to pick me up on the return trip 1 hr 15 mins late. I had to call the logisticare company to order me a lyft. they don't care about their customers nor their customers time. they don't respect them. If they did they would not arrive over an hour late to pick them up. Don't use this cab company. If you have an important medical appointment don't use them. read more
