Within a few minutes of of arriving, Jordan was able to locate the hidden shut off for the gas fireplace and get it working pretty promptly. While here, he was able to notice a couple of other things that needed attention. My tankless water heater had been installed incorrectly by the previous plumber, and the technicians from Hukill's were able to manage that. And also, when it came to a clogged sink in our master bathroom, they were able to address that as well. By the end of our time together I had heard some good stories from Jordan, I was able to practice my French with Joseph and most importantly had a lot of small annoyances cleared up (literally) leaving my home in better functioning order than when they arrived. First off, we didn't buy our tile from them because we found a fantastic deal at Lowe's, but they were willing to install the tile anyways--not every flooring place is willing to do that. Floor Barn was great and willing to work with us. They didn't have the cheapest quote, but they were local and had great reviews, so we decided to give them a shot. We are so glad we did! We paid a significant amount of money for this service, and it was ultimately a waste of our time and money. We strongly advise against using this pool company, as they provide a poor service and are not worth the cost. He has now tried arguing with our Facebook review claiming we were made aware up front that their work would not guarantee a fixed pool. This is completely untrue, Charles is making up excuses and lies. We were told the remodel would last 20 years and they do them all the time.
