DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They take your credit or debit card, charge you for the dumpster rental and then lie about the weight of what you put into the dumpster and fraudulently charge your card hundreds or thousands of dollars in overage fees. My guess is that pick up the dumpster with your light contents in it -- and then they add a huge amount of stuff other customers are disposing -- so the weight ends up being 3 or 4 times what it should be. And, your credit or debit card gets charged the huge overage fee. This company is engaged in outright theft -- DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD NUMBER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES or you risk them charging whatever amount is still available on your card in false overage charges. read more

I reached out multiple times. All I've gotten are emails that state the weight was right and they gave me a number. No pictures. I can make up a number too. I could just as easily say it weight 100 lbs when it left my house. Also, their response to my post was a lie. The have just sent more bills and continued to attempt to debit my account. I paid for the dumpster. And I would pay this if I owed it. I am honest. I pay my bills. Just look at all of the yelp reviews that describe this exact situation. I rented a 10 yard dumpster and clearly told the customer service person I need it for dirt and some concrete. Filled only half and they send me an invoice on top of existing $550 I paid for dumpster I filled less than half. On July 15th I rented a 10 yard dirt dumpster from Budget Dumpster for $770.00. The sign-up via a phone call was OK and they delivered late the next day. When I asked for a delivery ETA they noted they could could not provide an ETA. Partially filled (about 1/2) the dumpster the next day and per their instructions used a phone app to book the pick-up for the 17th of July. On Friday July 18th I called and asked when the dumpster would be picked up. The response was esentually "We have one to 4 days for a pick-up and someone will get back to you". On Monday July 21st, I called again and asked when would it be picked up. They noted that someone would contact me via text. Text came from Parker and he said it would be picked-up by 6:00PM. On Tuesday July 22nd, received another text from Parker that said "I appoligize for the delay it will be picked up today. On Wednesday July 23rd, I called again and they noted someone would text me. Text received said "We are working on this". Recevied a second text at about noon from Parker with an appoligy and he noted a $75.00 Credit was being applied for the inconvience. Thats nice and thanks but really just want the dumpster picked up! I responded to the text with "So when will the dumpster be picked up?" Still no word on that. 6:45 PM, the dumpster is gone! They did leave me a parting gift to remember them by of what looks like oil from their truck on my concrete driveway. But really the bottom line is that I'm just happy to have the dumpster finally gone and no more having to deal with calling them or answering to my bride on why it's still there :-). read more

Customer service sucks!!! They were supposed to text when they dropped off, didn't. Suppose to send text of ETA on pick up because we needed to be there in order for them to pick up. We called customer service several times and they kept telling us that we were on the schedule for pick up. And they will text with an ETA. Heard nothing. Next morning called to see if they were going to pick up and they said they came the day before, and couldn't pick up the dumpster, so they left. Told them how we kept calling and they didn't send an ETA or text. Well, got charged an extra day. Skip this company and move on to the next. Not worth the headaches. read more

Add $142 to what you think it costs, because they will charge you overage even if you fill it with paper! I have used Budget Dumpster 3 times now with the same size container. Each time I am charged overage. The first 2 times I maybe understood- I filled all of these myself as a middle-aged woman, so I know what I put in them. This last one (with a 3000 lb wt limit before overage charge) was filled with mostly cardboard boxes, 1 living room chair, a cheap Wayfair couch that I could lift myself except for the length, and a 5x8 rug. Once again an overage charge. $540 dumpster + $142. The driver is always very nice, my only good thing to say. What a racket. In a nutshell: driver was incompetent, customer service is terrible, they charge extra for services they dont provide and say you agree to terms you never agree to. Terrible customer service. Our street had ample space for a container to be dropped off. Freight trucks, tow trucks, trash trucks and container trucks have all accessed our street in the past. We were home waiting for this container and relying on it to arrive. My husband was outside of our property all morning working with our contractors, no truck passed by or attempted to pass by. We received a phone call stating the driver could not access the street. Obviously, this is a lie. Our street, and our entire front driveway was clear and ready. This threw a wrench in our plans. Furthermore, we were told we would be charged a fee, that the driver isn't required to contact us and more. How do we know the driver even attempted or came by? Our cameras show no truck, my husband saw no truck, and we received no phone call. This is 100% the fault of your driver and your company, and we will not accept responsibility for it. As such, and due to the lack of help from your team, who could not even guarantee another delivery or other driver could process this, we cancelled and had to seek a different container company to fit our needs and our schedule (we are paying people for demo - which is why this is time sensitive.) Within an hour and a half, a different container was parked in front of our property. A container almost identical, delivered by a different driver from a different company. They refuse to refund the $150 fee for sending a driver out, even though the driver was incapable of doing the sole task he was hired and paid to do. read more

I was recommended Budget Dumpster by a friend in the construction business. He said he's had good experiences with them and has never encountered what is written in the reviews on Yelp and Google. So, I went ahead and used Budget Dumpster. The customer service for ordering dumpsters was nice and easy to work with. I first ordered a 30 yard dumpster, which they dropped off and picked up without issues. I then ordered a 10 yard dumpster for the pick up of dirt and rocks. I was told on the phone to ensure I have dry dirt, not wet, because the waste center they drop it off at requires dry dirt. So, I made sure I put in dry dirt and covered the dumpster with a tarp. I asked Budget Dumpster to come pick up the dumpster and we set a date range of December 18th to 22nd. They didn't pick up the dumpster on the 18th, nor 19th, 20th, 21st or 22nd. Instead, they picked it up on the 24th. It rained the day before (23rd) which caused the dirt to be wet. Now, they're charging me $450 for the wet dirt. If they had picked up the dumpster within the date range we agreed to, it wouldn't have been a problem - the dirt would have remained dry. I've disputed the $450 charge with my credit card company now. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend working with this company. read more

People taking orders dont know their business. They let me order a large bin to remove dirt then when its ready for pickup tell me i had to remove half the dirt because dirt is heavier than junk. They are frauds. When I reserved a dumpster they gave me reasonable price. But one month later they sent me an email, explaining that the dumpster was 10 tons overweight. There is no way it was overweight, since you couldn't weight, so you would have to pay 3 times more than original price that they gave you. It's a fraud company and please stay away from them. Unfortunately, someone had thrown two soda bottles and I left a plastic bag in the dumpster and the company lowered my limit from ten tons to one ton because it was contaminated and then charged me an additional six tons saying all the dirt was contaminated. We have reason to believe this company is a scam. They never delivered a dumpster and they charged our credit card $625 immediately when we booked it over a week ago. Budget Dumpster even confirmed via text and email that they will drop the dumpster off between 0600 - 1800 hrs. An hour before they closed, we asked for an update. The dispatcher stated he will call us back in a few minutes with the update. He never did as promised. Our money was never refunded. We have filed a case with our credit card company, will be reporting this business to the Federal Trade Commission, and be seeking legal action if this business does not refund our money immediately. The dumpster was only 25% full containing mostly cardboard and household items. No furniture or anything else that would justify the extra charge. BUYER BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service for discrepancy which I find rather unfortunate, because Hunter, who helped us set up the purchase, was magnificent. Our issue came after the dumpster was picked up. The truck driver isn't legally allowed to drive over concrete with their heavy duty truck. A licensed contractor confirmed this. Plus, there was plenty of room on the whole two lots (almost an acre combined). However, the truck driver picked up the dumpster and cracked the concrete corner. Budget Dumpster is trying to blame the driver that they hired and say it's in their terms to not be responsible. First, they NEVER said that to us, and secondly, we've had to call and email several times - with their end at no response. They lack integrity and are not a trust worthy company by any means. They don't care about you or their service, only if they're paid. This happened in March 2022. Very grieved that things turned this way. After 3 calls trying to figure the size I gave up and took the L. Whatever, then pick up comes, they claim I have DIRT In my dumpster and they claim that the person who came to pick up the dumpster couldn't lift the dumpster and this his tires were "lifting". BS. I never saw a single person come into my yard, it's been raining for a week, with wet soil and mud I'd be able to see tracks, and I didn't not have dirt. They're literally leaves. And it's less than a foot, and was only on the right side of the dumpster. But they claimed it was all over . Then they send me this picture that the dispatch took. Well sir if you would've gone into the property like we're supposed to you'd be able to see very clearly it was not full of dirt, nor was it actual dirt. And you should've came in! But nope. They have a website that organically appears well in search. They charged our card with the intention of a morning delivery before 8am. I rented a 30 yard dumpster on 10/8/2021, every thing seemed fine to begin with. While the driver was backing the dumpster into my driveway he hit my house causing damage to my roof. I called to let them know, at first I was told that they take damage claims very seriously and they were going to open up an investigation. Monday they let me know that the driver says he did not have an accident so therefore, we are not liable. I sent the video of his driver crashing into my house, pulling forward to re-adjust the truck and backing it up again. After the dumpster was unloaded, he actually got out of the truck and cleaned up the pile of broken roof tiles telling me he without a doubt, he absolutely knew he did it! Then David Ralph told me that the driver got out because he saw some debris in my driveway and thought he was helping. After arguing for 12 hours, David finally said that they would send one of their guys out to fix it. (excuse me, but if I cannot trust you to back a dumpster into a driveway, do you think I should trust you to work on my home?) We had actually received a quote from a roofer the week before and they were starting on Monday 10/11 to fix our entire roof. If their person had been on the roof at the same time as our paid roofers, it would void our warranty. Obviously we could not take that chance. Since they were obviously not going to reimburse me for their portion of the roofer re-quote, we decided to eat the cost of the roof and ask them to credit back the $380 charge for the dumpster. David Ralph absolutely refused, saying they do not do that. My husband did some research and found out who the contracted company was, he googled the phone number, called the owner and is attempting to negotiate with them to refund the cost of the dumpster. Considering that my contract is with BUDGETDUMPSTER.com not their contracted company, this is absolutely insane! If I am late or have overage charges, it will be budgetdumpster.com that will be charging my credit card....not the contracted agency. She said again, I am sorry but he is the only one. I then asked her for the spelling of his last name. She said I am not allowed to give you his last name. I told her, you already did, all I need is the confirmation of the spelling. She said I was not allowed to give you that and hung up on me. Dumpsters look nothing like the pics. I know dumpsters don't need to look pretty, but as least they should not come with GAPING HOLES on the bottom allowing debris to fall out. Some as long as 16". I told the driver and he just shrugged his shoulders, i don't think he spoke much English. I had to rearrange my demo causing some delay to my timeline to reinforce the bottoms so that debris wouldn't fall out and hurt someone on the road. The charged me for an overage fee, I told the company about the delays in my demo due to the holes, and they still charged me for an overage fee!!! Told no one works in the call center over the weekend, which was a lie, and that the delivery truck broke down so no deliveries were made. We then decided to have the delivery for a Thursday. Confirmed Thursday with the company over the phone, they then changed the delivery date via email without proper notice. Was charged a second time after we confirmed our delivery. Call center lies saying a supervisor works on the weekends, when none are. Would not recommend this company. Extremely disappointed. When we mentioned the second charge, call center could not help and said a "supervisor" would contact us on the following Monday.
