Because of scheduling, we had to make MANY phone calls back and forth (i.e. playing "phone tag"). But NONE of that deterred JOE! When I finally met him ... he had "samples" available for me ... and I chose one that day. Once again, because of scheduling, I had to CANCEL the first installation date and set another. Not to worry .... JOE was very accommodating and understanding! Carpet is installed ... and we Iove it! As others have said, "Great quality, for a great price." They did very poor job on our home and they won't stand behind their work.

What I really appreciated most is that he handled all of the homeowners insurance stuff. All I had to do was call in the claim. After that I never had to deal with the insurance - Derek handled all of that: the damage assessment and getting the insurance to pay the appropriate amount to cover replacement costs. In the end, I just got a check in the mail. They were great to work with and worth every penny.

It was just before Thanksgiving and it was short notice. Josh and Sarabeth got back to us right away and made time for us. We didn't have anything to vacuum the carpet prior to their arrival but it didn't matter. They came in, vacuumed, cleaned and an added bonus, in my experience, they brushed out the carpet. It was top notch service at an affordable price. At the same time, we were looking for a cleaning service.
