I wish I could give them a -5!…read more Emma was my server. She needs a new career, waitress is not your cup of tea. Even though you had them blue eyes. I waited 40 mins for my food just so they can bring it out cold. Manager talk to our table and said don't worry it's on us. I order 2 Long Island with Emma, 25 min later still no food or drinks. I had to go to bar and order my own drinks. By this time I am hangry. I asked the bartender if Emma ever put our order in and finds out she never did. I watched the entire playoff game. Luke my ninja! You was on .. But they made excuses for the mistakes, at the end that is a personal problem. I am a customer and I felt like I was ignored for the entire 90 min I was there. I saw everyone else get food before me, Emma nor the manager asked if I am okay with my drink or do I need a refill. Manager told me "I thought you guys didn't want us to remake it", like what you mean homie? You think we just came to sit down for 90 min with nothing to do! We never got a refills on our non-alcoholic drinks. After an hour and half waiting I at least got my food fresh and free. I rather go to the hood hooters then come back here.

While I have had cookies regularly, never really came to Tiffs and Treats .Glad to know that tradition continues. This cute little store in the Pearland Town Center carries a decent collection of a variety of cookies. I got a brownie that seemed to be calling me ! It was warmed up on request. Crispy on the outside it just melted away in the mouth, but it was too big, couldn't finish , so got back some home too. They have a offer going on Tiffwiches a cookies and ice cream sandwiches- buy one get one free on Fri, Sat and Sun.

The food is healthy and tasty, the Pearland staff is excellent, the cost is reasonable - seriously, it costs more for my family to eat at Chick-Fil-A than it does to eat one Dream Dinner. You order by the month - each month the menu changes - and it takes about 2 hours to make your meals. We supplement with pizza and take out on non-Dream Dinners nights. We thaw about three Dream Dinners at a time, take one out when we get home from work and if you can read, you can cook a great meal in about 30 minutes without the hassle or cleanup of preparation. That's roughly how we handle a family of five with two working parents that don't get home until after 6:00pm. The owners of this particular franchise are really friendly and nice and have done a wonderful job hiring their staff. Highly recommend if you're a busy family.

I only have positive things to say about the entire crew. Their assistance and positive attitudes make the experience enjoyable! As I mentioned, even though I wasn't very familiar with cooking & spices, they make you feel comfortable by showing you a little southern hospitality!
