Domino's called me to confirm that my choice in pizza ingredients was accurate, as I had ordered it with no cheese. I like that they double checked that to confirm there was no user error. That's dedication to customer service. They did make our pizzas, and put them in a vehicle, but the water had raised so much that their vehicle was unable to reach my home. The delivery man called me and provided me options. He asked if I knew of backroads, which I did but I didn't want to risk his vehicle. He offered to meet me somewhere, but I didn't want to risk my vehicle either. He then said he could cancel the order and I would get my money back after 2-3 business days. Though I was disappointed I couldn't get pizza, I was amazing at the lengths that these employees from this locale tried to go to to get my pizza delivered.
