Yesterday, I tried getting delivery to my home because it was raining excessively in our area. Domino's called me to confirm that my choice in pizza ingredients was accurate, as I had ordered it with no cheese. I like that they double checked that to confirm there was no user error. That's dedication to customer service. They did make our pizzas, and put them in a vehicle, but the water had raised so much that their vehicle was unable to reach my home. The delivery man called me and provided me options. He asked if I knew of backroads, which I did but I didn't want to risk his vehicle. He offered to meet me somewhere, but I didn't want to risk my vehicle either. He then said he could cancel the order and I would get my money back after 2-3 business days. Though I was disappointed I couldn't get pizza, I was amazing at the lengths that these employees from this locale tried to go to to get my pizza delivered. Today, we drove over to eat in house, thank the people from yesterday, and enjoy a delicious hot pizza.
