Hassan responded to my inquiry within minutes and gave a price quote for the type of car service that I need. He gave me specific and easy to follow instructions on how to book my ride either through call or text. As soon as I booked it, I was immediately given contact info of my driver to double check every details with him. Our driver, Mongi, was punctual and very professional. We just used them for three airport trips (PHL) and all three times the interior of the cars were dirty. The first trip was for someone coming to see us at our home and he reported the car was dirty, with coffee spills down the door, dog hair and dog slobber on the window. We used the service a couple of days later and had the same driver/car (which prompted us to ask our guest about the condition of the car when it picked him up). We actually had to give the driver a lint roller because the dog hair in the backseat was so bad. Same coffee spill and dog slobber, plus the back of the driver's seat was coming off. Just unacceptable. We were picked up 5 days later by a different driver, and while the car was a bit cleaner, it wasn't up to what we expect from a $120 limousine service. I called the company after the second ride because our flight home was cancelled and I needed to reschedule the pickup to the next day. What I find really annoying is that, even though I reported the two problems, the car that picked us up wasn't much better. Plus there was no offer of any discount or adjustment for the filthy conditions we endured. I definitely won't be using this service again as they don't seem to care about the conditions of their cars. I normally wouldn't be this harsh in a Yelp review, but the fact they did nothing to address my concerns after the phone call is very frustrating.

The dispatcher called me back immediately after I left a message with the company, and was friendly and helpful in coordinating travel details for an airport pickup for my parents, who are... not technology friendly. Dispatcher called me back the afternoon of my parent's scheduled arrival with specific info on their driver - name, phone #, etc - in addition to trying to text it to them. (Nice try, my parents don't understand texting.) Their driver called moments after they stepped off the plane, and he was available curbside to them as soon as they'd collected their luggage. I'd warned them that there was quite a bit of luggage, so the driver had even brought an assistant to help him load up. Mom reported that the SUV they sent was clean and well cared for, and still had plenty of room for her, my dad, and their 8 suitcases. Driver was friendly and attentive. Mom could not have been more pleased. She even asked for his card! (Mom NEVER does this, because she finds fault with EVERYTHING.) I think it's safe to say we've found our new transportation service! ETA - this company and 1 Luxury Limousine are the same company. (Reviews are pretty great on both.) Not sure why there are two profiles, but it seemed worth mentioning.
