He refers to his customers as "hey man" as if we are standing around at a beach party. The vehicle he was trying to sell us supposedly had "no damage" until I pointed out a significant fender scrape from the posted photos. It needed repairing for sure. He replied, "Hey man what do you expect it's a used car"! Needless to say, his attitude lost him a sale which did not seem to bother him much. What a joke of a dealership to hire such sales people.

Over the Hill towed my son's car 3 miles all within city limits to his own lot and not to the asked for body shop. My original conversation with the owner I told him he was a bit high. he hung up on me. All in, Over the Hill is 4 times the rate of AAA. I didn't even get that chance to call AAA because he just hooked up the car and left. I called three other tow companies in Rexburg that quoted half the rate and had no storage fee for the first three days. When in a tight spot or after an accident don't call Over the Hill. Last Oct 2025 while going on a trip to…read moresee Old Faithful and Yellowstone Park our 2015 AWD FORD Taurus quit at Last Chance Texaco (Island Park) at about 10:00 PM from electrical problems. We had it shipped to Woody's (about $800)because they were so highly rated on the internet. We then rented a rig at Idaho Falls airport and continued on our trip. After a couple of weeks they started to work on the car and guess what the intermittent electrical problem fixed itself with no apparent reason why. I asked them to keep driving it till it quit again because it was no good to us the way it was. Finley after a couple of months it acted up again with the same half dozen fault codes it had shown me. Woody's kept working on it checking pins ,computers ,wiring ect. They narrowed it down to a problem with the wiring to one of the computers in the dash. They rewired a bunch of connections in the dash and whalla it's fixed. I'll bet most dealers would of quit after a few tries, but Woody's didn't quit and they fixed it ,we've driven it a year now and no problems. I told them to keep the car until it was fixed because it was no good us the way it was. But after Months of them working on our car I thought there would be a huge bill (like I'd just sign over the title) but that was not the case. Woody's fixed our car for a more then fair price ( I mean really a fair price). They treated us great and If I ever lived in Idaho again, I would be their customer.
