Their level of communication throughout the entire process was spectacular !! Olivia was a rockstar. When replacement day arrived, we were sent pictures of all the steps on the roof replacement. They are a locally owned small business. Give them a try. You will be glad you did !

Unfortunately, the roof was 3/4th of the way done before I noticed the color shingle wasn't what I had ordered. Although the manufacturer had sent the wrong item, Artisan immediately took full responsibility and asked me how they could make this right. They offered to redo my roof with the right color, however we settled on a discount from the work done. I feel their entire communication and work with me to resolve this was 100% excellent. As a matter of fact, I am so confident in their company I have scheduled them to also install new gutters (using the discount from the roof!) Their price and initial bid was LESS THAN an individual who had also been recommended by a neighbor whom I would have expected to be less than this professional company. They sent me a detailed, itemized list of exactly what they would do and exactly what I needed to do to prepare. From start to finish, this was a great experience, in spite of the hiccup. My new roof looks great and I'm getting used to the color!

The roof looks great and they did a bunch of small things which impressed me, such as going into our attic to clean up debris. My only minor complaint is that they estimated that the roof replacement would be completed in one day (on a Friday), but unfortunately, because of a different project, they started late on the Friday and had to continue into the weekend. Then, although the roof was fully replaced on Saturday, they didn't finish cleaning up until Monday. For example, they left the dumpster full of old shingles in our driveway, so we weren't able to use our garage until Monday afternoon. Not the biggest deal, but why over-promise? If they had just told me it was going to take 3 days, I would have been totally fine with that. Overall, though, we're very happy with our roof and would recommend On Tops Roofing to anyone looking to get a roof replacement.

These guys--from the office staff to the workers and their supervisors--are communicative, informative and attentive through what could otherwise be an uphill process. Never felt pushed or deterred, no gimmicky sales tactics. The manager on site, Luis, was timely, very effective with his crew and had everything set and clean by the end of the day. His guys did a great job! Luis made himself available through the installation process and was very accommodating with last moment changes. All in all, I couldn't be happier to have picked this company. They really set themselves apart from the competition, HIGHLY recommend!
