The clothes are very cute! Their selection is always cute and a wide variety. However, the customer service is very poor. I had a reservation that I made on my app. It said on the app that my 2 shirts and a jacket were ready for pickup. So I go in the store to try them on and pay for them and they didn't have anything set aside for me even though the app says it was ready. The rep found my jacket in the back somewhere and said that they didn't have the black shirt I reserved at all and the red one was here but on a rack somewhere. So she pulled that and basically didn't say anything she just helped another lady with something else. I asked for a fitting room and then looked for some other things but nobody asked if I needed help looking for anything else. I asked the manager too when I went to checkout and he was busy looking at something in the front of the store or whatever he was looking at. And when I did ask about the other shirt the other rep I talked to before interjected and the manager didn't really say anything at all. Sooo, I hustled checked out and just went about my day. I guess they didn't want to make another sale ‍ What's the point of having the ability to reserve items on an app if they aren't going to actually hold it for you. read more

Disappointed! I have gift cards for here. They were given to me last Christmas as I really liked what I saw of their merchandise. We went in to use these cards finally, but the experience was so bad I bought nothing. I was approached by 4 employees while here. It's fine if one asks if they can help you or maybe tells you the discounts of the day, but this was ridiculous. They came at me like car dealers (I loathe car shopping because of the fleas pouncing me as soon as I step into their lot). When I am shopping for clothes, I want to do it on my terms. I don't care what you just got in (I have 2 eyes & can see your stock). You are trying to sell me jeans for more than $100 as if it's a good deal (It's not). I do not need your help in choosing what I want to purchase (I'm in my 40's & have been shopping since before most of your employees were born). When I tell you I'm just looking, I'm just looking (leave me alone). We left to go look throughout the mall. I went back, hoping that my first walk through was just a fluke. Nope! Second time in I was confronted by 3 employees & had 2 try to catch me as I was headed for the door. My experience led me to buy absolutely nothing from this specific store. I'm not sure if all Buckle stores are this way, so I don't want to slam the company. But if you all are working on commission, catch up....it's a new century. Pay your people a worthy wage. Merchandise commission is mostly a thing of the past & it makes you look bad to still be practicing this way. If your employees are not working on commission, then WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM? I love love this store!! My daughter needed some jeans, and let's just say, buying jeans for her can be a trying experience. But thank goodness we came in here. Our personal shopper did all the work, and we left with some great pairs of jeans!!!! I'll be back to buy myself a pair soon. I never leave reviews. But I felt inclined to make the public aware to the absolutely horrible, unprofessional, and shockingly rude treatment of the staff at this particular Buckle store in Southlake Mall. One female employee, Hannah, was beyond aggressively rude and displayed the most unprofessional customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I got the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with her, not once, but twice, attempting to return items in store. She was instantly aggressive, took her frustration about being out of store gift cards out on me, and made me feel like it was my fault. In an attempt to placate the situation, I quickly found some items that I might exchange for my return items. I ended up returning these items later after realizing they were not a good fit, and went to return them, having to deal with her yet again, only to be met with the same hostility and unprofessionalism that I was met with the first time. This time, she indicated her direct frustration with having messed up my return (her fault) by sulking at the checkout counter while on the phone, trying to fix her mistake. While being so hostile, she charged my credit card instead of refunding it. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. She does not belong in a customer service role. Do yourself a favor and do not shop in store at this particular Buckle store and deal with this ridiculous excuse for a service industry worker. read more

While I appreciate the enthusiasm, please for the love of everything ask if the customer would like help with their shopping. Don't just bring them 17 shirts and ask if they like any of them. I can be very awkward and I feel bad saying that it isn't my style and I am here with my friend looking for her. At least look at what that person is wearing before you bring them tons of clothing options. I was wearing a Neck Deep band tee, skinny jeans, and doc martins. As lovely as i think that pink floral off shoulder blouse is, it isnt for me. read more

This review is not based on any one time that I've shopped here. It is based on all shopping trips made in past 6 years to this store. The level of customer service is beyond anything I've ever encountered elsewhere. You are greeted as soon as you walk in. Now if I wasn't accustomed to their way of sales , I may be a bit overwhelmed at first. But honestly, it's something worth getting used to. I walk in and my sales associate (first one to greet me) I will give any specifics of what I'm Shopping for, my preference in brands/styles/fits & sizes. I let them know if I'm on a mission or if I'm game to try out some new outfits. Then I browse for a few while they go gathering up what they feel fits what I'm looking for. I could keep going but my point is , go in. You will be catered to. Spoiled even. And then will never want to shop anywhere else! read more

I never thought I would ever be able to buy jeans from Buckle, but thanks to the awesome sales person that helped me I left with a great fitting pair of jeans that I think I look fabulous in! She listened to me and what I was looking for and pulled out the perfect pair. I never would have been able to find them on my own. So happy I stopped in and will definitely be back. read more

A little bit ago I would have given this store 5 stars, but not any more. The sales employees are very pleasant, helpful, informative & most importantly- not annoying or pushy. HOWEVER, apparently buckle is now under new management and this new manager, Marcus, is terrible. He's annoying, pushy, rude, and fake. I've personally witnessed him forcing his employees to go up to guests and cram product down their throats until that guest either tries it on, or just leaves the store from being so annoyed by being shown things they don't even show interest in. One of Buckle's sales slogans is "go for no," however, this new manager goes for 100 no's and makes the buckle shopping experience INCREDIBLY unpleasant. I felt uncomfortable watching him make his employees annoy guests, when clearly they, nor the guests wanted any part of it. I used to enjoy coming into this store, conversing with the old manager and having a pleasant experience with the staff. That is a thing of the past now though. I will be taking my money elsewhere. And if you or anyone else you know want a pleasant shopping experience, I'd do the same. read more

Service was terrible the female staff was bickering on floor bought personal stuff I asked for price on a iteam and it was handed to 3 different employees before one finely went to scan it this only took 18 minutes I couldn't get proper assistance and when I tried I was responded to rudely I guess talking bought ouch and how you can't stand one of your co workers to another was more important than a customer I walked out without a purchase I will not go into that location again read more
