When I walked in the office she was at the desk and there was an old man standing there who I thought was the janitor. He looked at me and asked could he help. His name was Willy, I had to ask. He walked out to my truck and looked inside and totally shut me down on questions of making of making the seats more comfortable or replacement. It was obvious he did not want my business. I am a 68yr old light skinned Blackfoot Indian. I really wondered if that was the reason for the rude blowoff. I have already gotten two other estimates from very helpful businesses , so I knew he was being ignorant. They already have a 2.3 rating so if you want to be treated like a leper go see them. God always works things out for the good.

I recently purchased a used Pontoon boat with an I/O motor. As you learn when you buy a used boat,…read moreyou are going to need maintenance. It is very hard to find people you trust to do the work. It is also difficult to find someone to work on an I/O motor. I can't say enough wonderful things about a couple of Pier 36's boat mechanics (Caleb and Daniel). I could tell the minute I met Caleb that he knew what he was doing and had lots of experience. I needed my bellows replaced and he took the time to make sure everything was fine with my boat after the work was finished and we put it back in the lake. He even called me a couple days after he did the work to make sure everything was okay (great customer service in my opinion). Caleb and Daniel also replaced my ignition switch because the starter was engaging when I switched from forward to reverse which caused a terrible grinding noice. Caleb also adjusted some cables and now my shifter lever is smoother than ever. I am very pleased with the service I have received and I highly recommend Pier 36
