So Mr. Early McCall was out here this morning taking a look at our pines. We have notice a very…read morestrange and very unsettling thing....happy healthy pines going from fully green and living to dead in a matter of two weeks. Liberty landscaping said we could trust Mr.McCall to tell us what was going on with the trees and how to fix it. I called Mr. McCall yesterday and he came out today and gave us the bad news. We will need to get rid of the ones that are dead and the ones that the bugs have started munching on. We could opt to try and save the last pine in the row but it's just a risky save since the whole row of pines has been compromised. After the bad news, Mr.McCall then walked the property with us and explained some of the trees we have and any potential issues. He also told us of some bugs that are permanent residents in a few trees based on their deformities but that is no reason to take a tree down. Trees can live a long life with their bug friends. Mr. McCall also gave us an idea of which trees to thin out so that the best trees could thrive. In the past Mr. McCall was part of the forestry service so this is definitely a gentleman that knows his trees. We are certainly happy to have met this tree expert and can without a doubt reccomend him to anyone in the area. He does travel to Jacksonville so do no hesitate to call him. We were lucky as he does live in our area, so if your a bit out of the area of Nassau County you might have a little wait for him but he's worth it.

From the first call I was instantly at ease and felt trusting in Mr.Steven. He scheduled my estimate for my plumbing job and came out within a few days to walk me through and give an in depth estimate. He took his time, asked everything he needed to know, answered the questions that I had, and even encouraged me to call with any other questions no matter how small. Ms.Brandi (the office manager) was able to send me over my official estimate and help me with payment arrangements so there was no extra stress on my end. Brandi and I scheduled my job for the following week. Mr.Steven called before arriving for the job, him and his team were on time, they were respectful of my home, my pets, and my children when they arrived home from school.They did run into a few bumps in the road, as you do with tough jobs, but they went to home depot when needed and got it knocked out all in one day vs other companies who leaves when the clock hits 5pm. He called to follow up on their work and made sure everything was 100% afterwards. Now we are moving on to our 2nd job with the company and are very pleased with the company and team so far. He asked that I send him my address and that he would be in touch. Today, Jan 30, at 9:35 A.M., I get a call from an anonymous caller, It's Carlos. He didn't identify himself, he just started asking me questions. I stopped him and said that he didn't introduce or state who it is that I'm speaking to, he then identified himself and continued to try and interrogate me. He went on to mention that I had left a review. I left a google review that it was unprofessional after we made contact for him not to communicate his intentions. I'm waiting for a callback/text and a scheduling appointment and nothing. If he didn't want to accept the job, fine, be professional and say that. This man started saying facetious and insulting things about the black community. He stated the he doesn't work across the tracks in drug infested neighborhoods. I informed him that I will be updating my review to include his sentiments on the area, an area that our former mayor lives, along with nurses, educators like myself, and many other hard working people. This man had the unmitigated gall to say that he would call the police on me for harassment. I never contacted him beyond that initial phone and text on Wed, Jan 24th, that he requested of my address. This behavior is exactly why my initial review called him unprofessional, but at this juncture, it's beyond professionalism, it's problematic to say that about a community. I'm also fearful that someone who is supposed to run a professional business would call me from an anonymous number to harass me about my opinion. I will be filing a police report.
