Great guy here! Lucky came by to inspect our lanai and LOL he had performed repairs prior to us buying the home. At the time he wasn't commissioned to do a full replacement of the screens. We asked about some screens that had sustained storm damage and he took a look at everything and gave us a price I initially thought was for materials.
He and his crew arrived at our home and begun work arrived around 8 and left way after 5 each of the 4 days they were here. Each and every day without exception the left the job so clean you'd have never known they had been here.
We asked every question on the planet he was patient, understanding, and most of all just a great guy. We got Lucky's name from a friend and now we let everyone with a lanai know what he does although he's in our subdivision so much I'm nominating him for a board seat on the HOA.
