He installed a kitchen range hood, installed door trim, and did drywall and paint repairs for me at a couple of properties. He's reliable and trustworthy. He asked that I send him my address and that he would be in touch. Today, Jan 30, at 9:35 A.M., I get a call from an anonymous caller, It's Carlos. He didn't identify himself, he just started asking me questions. I stopped him and said that he didn't introduce or state who it is that I'm speaking to, he then identified himself and continued to try and interrogate me. He went on to mention that I had left a review. I left a google review that it was unprofessional after we made contact for him not to communicate his intentions. I'm waiting for a callback/text and a scheduling appointment and nothing. If he didn't want to accept the job, fine, be professional and say that. This man started saying facetious and insulting things about the black community. He stated the he doesn't work across the tracks in drug infested neighborhoods. I informed him that I will be updating my review to include his sentiments on the area, an area that our former mayor lives, along with nurses, educators like myself, and many other hard working people. This man had the unmitigated gall to say that he would call the police on me for harassment. I never contacted him beyond that initial phone and text on Wed, Jan 24th, that he requested of my address. This behavior is exactly why my initial review called him unprofessional, but at this juncture, it's beyond professionalism, it's problematic to say that about a community. I'm also fearful that someone who is supposed to run a professional business would call me from an anonymous number to harass me about my opinion. I will be filing a police report.

We asked about some screens that had sustained storm damage and he took a look at everything and gave us a price I initially thought was for materials. He and his crew arrived at our home and begun work arrived around 8 and left way after 5 each of the 4 days they were here. Each and every day without exception the left the job so clean you'd have never known they had been here. We asked every question on the planet he was patient, understanding, and most of all just a great guy. We got Lucky's name from a friend and now we let everyone with a lanai know what he does although he's in our subdivision so much I'm nominating him for a board seat on the HOA.
