We asked about some screens that had sustained storm damage and he took a look at everything and gave us a price I initially thought was for materials. He and his crew arrived at our home and begun work arrived around 8 and left way after 5 each of the 4 days they were here. Each and every day without exception the left the job so clean you'd have never known they had been here. We asked every question on the planet he was patient, understanding, and most of all just a great guy. We got Lucky's name from a friend and now we let everyone with a lanai know what he does although he's in our subdivision so much I'm nominating him for a board seat on the HOA. You need someone who takes pride in their work, won't charge you an arm and a leg this is the guy you need to call.

I requested multiple times for the estimate to be corrected such…read morethat is clearly states all work to be performed, having a breakdown of parts and labor for each task to be completed... this was met with an effective "No, you have my estimate." Three weeks after satisfying my wife of Donald's intentions, and asking him to drop by and get a check for parts, in preparation to begin work, the business has never contacted me. Thus, I conclude, barring a fatal car accident, the estimate provided was in fact lacking, vague, and appears to be a nonstarter. Please realize Faith was prompt to contact me and direct Donald to check the work site. I believe Donald to be very knowledgeable and capable, however the skimpy estimate is not (IMHO) professional. Neither is the lack of communicating with me. Thus, I do not recommend their service, and due to the lack of area response I am terminating this project with Yelp.

The old roof leaked, his people started it off by building the valley roof. They replace the singles on the whole roof, but found out they didn't put the metal that should of been put between the boards that were put on as the new roof. Jason is very competent, logical, shows up and gets things done! No excuses. He's not the cheapest date, but if you need it done right the first time, he's your guy! He squeezed me in, under the wire, to help me get termite damage remediated on a vinyl sided shed, per a VA inspection. He also replaced a window per the VA lenders requirement. He installed a kitchen range hood, installed door trim, and did drywall and paint repairs for me at a couple of properties. He's reliable and trustworthy. He's a great guy to add to your arsenal of go-to-guys. Jack of all trades.

He asked that I send him my address and that he would be in touch. Today, Jan 30, at 9:35 A.M., I get a call from an anonymous caller, It's Carlos. He didn't identify himself, he just started asking me questions. I stopped him and said that he didn't introduce or state who it is that I'm speaking to, he then identified himself and continued to try and interrogate me. He went on to mention that I had left a review. I left a google review that it was unprofessional after we made contact for him not to communicate his intentions. I'm waiting for a callback/text and a scheduling appointment and nothing. If he didn't want to accept the job, fine, be professional and say that. This man started saying facetious and insulting things about the black community. He stated the he doesn't work across the tracks in drug infested neighborhoods. I informed him that I will be updating my review to include his sentiments on the area, an area that our former mayor lives, along with nurses, educators like myself, and many other hard working people. This man had the unmitigated gall to say that he would call the police on me for harassment. I never contacted him beyond that initial phone and text on Wed, Jan 24th, that he requested of my address. This behavior is exactly why my initial review called him unprofessional, but at this juncture, it's beyond professionalism, it's problematic to say that about a community. I'm also fearful that someone who is supposed to run a professional business would call me from an anonymous number to harass me about my opinion. I will be filing a police report.
