They were professional, courteous, and checked with us every step of the way to ensure they were doing what we had asked them to do. They took great care to protect a 120-year-old brick wall, a fish pond, and a large fig tree from damage as they removed the oak limb. But what impressed us the most was their efforts to go above and beyond to ensure everything was cleaned up and hauled away. They even blew off sidewalks and pathways that had not been affected by their work, and made sure to ask us if we needed anything else before they left. I called them and within a couple of days they came out on Thurs, gave me a quote (and a VERY fair quote), and were here Saturday to cut the tree down. They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I went outside and found a large tree limbs on the roof of the house. Not from that area I went to Yelp to find a tree removal service. It was around 6pm when I called them. They answered the phone and said they would get back to me if they could come out that night. They called me back and said they would be there in 15 minutes to look at the job! They were professional gave us a very reasonable estimate and contract and said they would be back in the morning. They showed up in the morning removed the branches from the house and trimmed back additional future problem branches. As stated in other reviews the clean up was excellent.
