I first attended a hypnotherapy session with Pavlina to work through my performance anxiety. It was…read moremy first hypnosis session ever, and I didn't know what to expect. But WOW, it was better than I imagined it would be! I used the skills she taught me IMMEDIATELY, and continue to use them throughout my work day. While I was there, I mentioned I wanted to give Reiki a try. She suggested Concentric Reiki for me personally. I can't even begin to tell you how good I felt afterward! I suffer from asthma-induced chest pain and I also keep my stress and past traumas in my chest and shoulders. Immediately after the session I could actually BREATHE without having chest pain! I could put my arms straight up over my head without pain!  It felt like an elephant had been lifted off my chest..... Pavlina is a true healer. She listens intently, she is warm and kind and makes me feel comfortable even during difficult healing sessions. I feel safe speaking with her about personal issues. The techniques she has perfected are specially crafted to guide each participant to a place of healing with purpose and love. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. I feel better and more capable on this new life journey after being a part of her hypnotherapy and reiki sessions, and I plan to return regularly. My boyfriend is excited to give Reiki a try, and he has already made an appointment! Thank you Pavlina:)

My husband and I stopped at the Oasis for his first view of Lake Travis. We scooted through the…read morestore in a hurry so we could catch the sunset. As soon as the sun set, we went back through just so we could double take at the incredible selection this cute shop has in their inventory. Walking by, you'd think just a boutique boot store probably insanely over priced for something you could get anywhere else - and you'd be wrong. Yes, they have boots. Lots of them, brands and designs you can tell they chose with incredible attention to quality and style. I'm not a cowboy girl boot kind of girl, even thought I'm a Texas girl, born and raised. But I even I was checking on a few of these styles for my Christmas list. These are more than the "Texas style", these are artistic and true fashion. Classic or eclectic styles, they have them. We'd driven to Austin (from Dallas) just for the day, and wanted a shirt to commemorate my husband's first trip to Austin. We're not tourist fashion types, but this shop had perfect selection of those "Austin" t-shirts that we'd wear in every day life. You know the kind of T-shirt you wear, and everyone says, " Wow, I like - I've never seen that. Where'd you get that?" And you sound so super cool and local shop supportive when you say, "....this cool little shop off Lake Travis". The shop owner was working by herself, and a little busy helping someone try on a lot of boots. She was so enthusiastically and genuinely helpful as they asked to try on at least 8-10 different pairs. My husband and I were at the register waiting to check out, but this little shop has so much incredible stock, the owner was at an angle where she couldn't see us. Yes, We waited a tad longer than the shop where the salesperson just stands behind the register staring at their phone, and couldn't care less if you need help with a size, or fell flat on your face. But we were listening to her working with the other shopper, and mentioned to each other how patient she was being with them. The shop owner noticed me, and immediately out loud apologetic for not seeing us sooner, as she crossed the shop to ring us out. We told her no problem, but she was continually and genuinely flustered that she had us waiting. She offered a discount to accommodate for our wait. Even though I said that's not necessary ( as I'm thinking, lady, CV19 has been so hard on local retail, you're so kind to even consider it!) she insisted. Her level of personable and happy attention to her customers is what local shops are all ( or should be) about. I'm now following them on all the socials. And when I'm ready for those classically cool boots, or some of those unique dresses and such - I will be back. Might already be time for another day trip down to Lake Travis.

The selection of boots was spectacular and there are hats, jewelry, clothes, bags/wallets and other items. We highly recommend this store!!
