Several of the supplied bolts were too short and necessitated a trip to the hardware store. A few hints: Rig up a table with saw horses and plywood or some such. Assembling this cart on the floor will be a nightmare. Also, it's a good idea to preserve the cart's plywood with something - old/new motor oil works great, just slobber it on and let it soak in. Even though I got back to her after couple of months, she honored the estimate that she had given to me earlier. She even went out of her way to get me in touch with a contractor to help prep the existing cabinets before installing the granite countertops. 2) The guys from AGS were all very good and extremely polite. They put drop cloths on the floor and made sure to clean up any messes before they left. 3) I was a bit unsure of how AGS would be after reading their Yelp reviews (since I had placed the order before reading the reviews). I wish…read moreI'd paid closer attention to the red flags before I put down a deposit, because things went downhill as soon as they had my money.   Throughout the entire process I felt like I was never given the information I needed, and my questions repeatedly went unanswered even after bringing them up multiple times. The templater only measured half the project and then AGS blamed me for it. Never in my wildest dreams would I even think about blaming a client for one of my people not having everything they need to do the job, and they then doubled down in wholly unprofessional late night email I was told "he's not a mind reader lol" and that I was supposed to tell him what to do. I don't expect anyone to be a mind reader, I expect AGS to provide its people with basic information such as the current scope of the project, AGS apparently feels that's not their responsibility.  Scheduling installation was awful. Multiple people reaching out and it's not clear if they were communicating with each other at all. AGS wound up having to reschedule but then the second person scheduled us for a time when I specifically said I wasn't available. I would have rescheduled again but by this point I just wanted these people out of my life as soon as possible so I rearranged my schedule to make it work. My questions about what to expect on installation day were never answered, again, even after following up multiple times. This resulted in confusion around payment which could have been easily avoided if they'd just answered my questions literally at all ever.
