The did install the part, but then they discarded all the other hardware and didn't reassemble the tractor. When I picked it up, they told me they would look for the other parts. After a few days they called back and told me that they didn't have the parts anymore. I asked them to look for them again, and when they called back a few days later, they told me they never received the other hardware. Avoid these guys, they don't take responsibility for anything.

The instruction manual is terrible, if you're not good at putting kits together, you're going to be very frustrated putting this cart together. Several of the supplied bolts were too short and necessitated a trip to the hardware store. A few hints: Rig up a table with saw horses and plywood or some such. Assembling this cart on the floor will be a nightmare. Also, it's a good idea to preserve the cart's plywood with something - old/new motor oil works great, just slobber it on and let it soak in. My husband said he felt like he was being presured by a used car salesman. I was undecided about getting shower doors, although my husband wanted them. The salesman advised against us getting them and quoted us a price of around $2K more for them. We eventually went without them in part due to his downplaying the need versus the cost. The end project was $12k with no shower doors. Immediately after the install we decided we did in fact want the doors. I called back and was finally advised the cheapest version of glass doors would cost us at least $4k. I will definately be looking for another installer for our other bathrooms.

They put drop cloths on the floor and made sure to clean up any messes before they left. 3) I was a bit unsure of how AGS would be after reading their Yelp reviews (since I had placed the order before reading the reviews).
