We sent out an email to ask for an estimate and it was super easy to have them come by to take a look since they just needed to see the driveway and we did not even need to be home. The guys came out to take a look and then let us know the cost and their recommendation(s). On the morning of Matt and Gator coming out to start their job, they were super friendly and were able to easily get to work. I talked with them for a bit to ask about the process and to make sure I could get my car out of the garage without messing up their work. They assured me it would be fine since the work they are doing would easily dry. They worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done. I even asked for them to check out the garage floor and they offered to fill the crack(s) since there weren't many additional problems they could see. Once they finished, we also talked a little about having them come back to caulk the driveway a bit just to make sure it was stable. They gave us a quick quote and later that week, we scheduled for them to come back! Such a great company to work with and everyone we interacted with was friendly and they did a great job with lifting the driveway and sealing cracks just like we asked. The receptionist was a good first impression of the company. The guy who came out was amazing. I was so impressed by him. He called 2 days in advance and said that he might be able to come out even earlier than the appointment. Score! The day I was scheduled for was rainy. I almost thought they might cancel due to the weather conditions, but nope! My guy called and came out earlier than scheduled (which worked well for me). It was rainy, but without any doubt he pulled out his ladder and got to work. He diagnosed, corrected and filled me in on the problem in less than 10 minutes. He was also just so up-right and friendly!! It was like he were a worker from an idealized 1950s. And even though it was raining and he had other appointments to get to, he offered to give me an estimate on installing gutter guards. He measured every gutter around my house and garage and then got my email so he could send me the formal estimate. It came later that day. Such impressive service! Whole job looks poor and unsatisfactory. I attempted to contact the company to resolve but they are ignoring me. Filing a dispute with cc company and leaving negative reviews to warn others.
