He came out took a look, and said he would send someone out to fix the windows, which no one ever showed up. I was hesitant to write this review, but honestly I would never recommend this company to install anymore of my windows. The ladies in the office were very kind, and so was Paul, to make his sale pitch, but the most important part, was the product, and the installation was horrible.
