They were nothing but accommodating and would definitely book them again. Highly recommended!

Debi and her team are available, responsive and creative. In both instances I shared a theme and they ran with it, far surpassing our expectations. We had another 30th birthday planned and unfortunately the plans were ruined due to COVID. With 6 days notice I reached out to Debi and asked if she was available and could help me pull together a "Vanderpump Garden" theme dinner. She was emailing me late into the evening on the weekend making arrangements, and when we walked in we could not believe what she had accomplished in such a quick timeframe. The decor was stunning, the food was amazing and the overall atmosphere was exactly what we needed to be able to relax and spend time with our closest friends. Thank you so much to Debi and team for a truly special night. We will be back!

I will give all the credit to my daughter on finding and choosing Traveling Decor as our decorator…read more This is a family business ran by husband and wife team, Daniel and Nikki. My daughter communicated with Nikki with what her vision was for the event and the space. I've only seen pictures of what she wanted for Nikki to do. When I got to the event space, I was blown away by the beauty of the colors and arrangements. The flower arrangements were gorgeous, and the details on every table setting were wonderful. The overall decorations put so much good vibes and made the space oh so lovely. The few pictures that I have attached do not give enough justice for the beautiful creations Nikki made for my special event. I wish there were more photos that captured how intricate and pretty everything was. I should also mention that this event was during the first snow storm in Chicago. Nikki and Daniel were prompt, efficient, and very reliable. I did not have to worry that I won't have the decorations we wanted. They actually exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Traveling Decor. I am confident that they can deliver whatever vision you have, into any event important to you. Per my daughter, she found them through Chicago Girls Facebook Group. They can also be found on Google and Instagram, under Traveling Decor Naperville. I cannot thank you enough, Nikki and Daniel. You guys are excellent!

She stayed in great communication with me for the two months leading up to the shower, which I really appreciated. She perfectly matched the florals in the balloons to the florals I was already using, and the attention to detail was spot on. She also caught a big mistake on my part when I accidentally gave her the wrong date (Monday instead of Sunday) -- which would've been a huge issue -- so I'm incredibly thankful for that. We also found out we could set up earlier than expected and she had no problem changing the time after we signed the contract. Nikki made a beautiful 10-foot balloon garland plus a garland for my welcome sign, and everything turned out even better than I pictured. I got endless compliments on the set up. On top of all that, her pricing was very reasonable. If you're thinking about booking her, do it. I would 100% use Traveling Decor again and highly recommend her!

Although the stars didn't align - they are booked with weddings, staging, etc. - she made some excellent recommendations for other rental companies. The furniture items they offer are beautiful: furthermore, the rental packages are competitive for the Chicago area (in some cases, a better deal). In hindsight, I wish I would've reached out sooner: but, I feel as though I've gained a wealth of knowledge in speaking with Katie. I would recommend Bowery & Bash for rental needs! Keep in mind, their work speaks for itself and they do book out. If you intend to rent for a home or event, reach out as soon as possible.

The website is incredibly easy to navigate and the options are both abundant but not overwhelming. The color schemes are perfectly coordinated. Paris312 sent me a link so I could track the delivery in real time. Such a nice way to not worry. When I finally got to see them in real life, I was blown away. Yes these are high end balloons and wow do you get what you pay for. The custom balloon with my sisters name on it was HUGE and make the vibe perfect for the entrance. I wanted a quote for something unique. I answered her email questions then an Ali responses saying "Nicole is out of the office until Monday." She went on to tell me "12 days is enough for us to accommodate your requests." I don't think they could handle my request. You're right that I had given you a timeline, and I'm sorry that I wasn't able to meet it or communicate the delay with you sooner. We are currently in the height of our busiest season, and our response and proposal lead times have unfortunately been longer than usual. That being said, I should have kept you updated rather than leaving you waiting. I am working on your decks and will have it over to you today. I really appreciate your patience and apologize again for the frustrating experience." I asked for the CEO, or person in charge of the business, and I was ignored. Again, why would I use this company? Why would you?
