Shame on me for not asking how much per piece in advance but I could not image it being $10.00 per piece. If they don't want me to return they have succeeded. I'll never go back! I could have washed the items by hand and used the money in a more productive manner. I asked the lady working there would she pay that price and she said NO. I know that's right. I received a little receipt of the total but not an itemized receipt showing how they charged me. The dry cleaners never have the amount they charge as though it's a secret. I'll ask from here on out. When a business does not provide good service and this includes fair prices, they don't last.

But perhaps one of the best things about this place is that they cater to the military/uniformed service and public sector community. I am an airline pilot and have gotten 50% off my uniform items. It looks beautiful and brand new. The owner also offered you money if you still weren't pleased with the seamstresses work. They also gave you free dry cleaning. Sometimes you just can't make everyone happy no matter how hard you try. Your garments are still waiting for you. Maybe it wasn't the garments you wanted from the get go! And when you mistreat people and are rude and nasty, they will usually respond the same way. This owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, as are EVERYONE of his employees. I have been coming to this place for years, but today, they lost me as a customer. Worst possible…read moreservice. I got a shirt dry cleaned last week. I traveled out of town with that and when I started to wear it I noticed big spots all over on my white shirt. I just brought it back and the response was that I should have checked it when I picked it up. I'm not sure how many customers really do that when they pick up their dry cleaning, specially when it's all covered in plastic. And they wanted me to pay for redoing the dry cleaning, which is pretty sad. They were willing to lose a customer for redoing the dry cleaning of a shirt that they messed up. I think that says a lot about their service mindset.
