Life happens!!!! Soooo I am the busiest mom in the world, or so I think. For the past 7 years my car was not detailed. I only surfaced cleaned it; wiping spills and vacuming. Fantastic work. The guys took very delicate care of my truck. My vehicles never get anything but hand wash and always by me. I decided to give them a shot given the reviews and they did not disappoint. Hand wash, special care paid to the wheels and tires. I have a 2500 GMC. It's not small by any stretch. Just moved from Los Angeles to Hartford so I don't have my car wash gear. I wanted a place that would hand wash the car rather rub swirl marks into the paint so I decided to give Bubbles a try. It was a bit more than the usual car wash at $25 but these guys took their time and washed it better than I would if I had my stuff. Little details like: 1) using two microfiber towels to wipe the windows, one to wipe and one to polish 2) separate wash bucket and equipment for the wheels 3) drying with a super absorbent towel first then using a chamois afterwards 4) taking 10-15 minutes just vacuuming Make sure you have time as it's not a quick in and out. read more

It was years since my generally clean car got some love and, after a particularly sandy vacation, I needed special treatment. Thanks to Groupon and Yelp I felt good about going to Bubbles. I called and spoke to Bubbles to make the appointment and she gave me great directions and guidance. The only hiccup is that, upon arrival, her team wasn't expecting me. But no fear because King assured me they could detail and was happy to fit me in. The service was done in a jiffy and my car was sparkling clean. King even apologized that he couldn't get my rubber floor mats in shiny condition which is a known problem for those mats. So no biggie. Def consider Bubbles! read more

So I needed my car cleaned really fast after my friend got dog poop in my car . Came right to Bubbles and they took me in right away. Super glad that I didn't have to wait. The inside of my car was cleaned and they got a the pooped out and made my car smell AMAZING!! Really glad I came to this spot. Have used Bubbles' car wash 3 times now, and referred friends as well. All of us appreciate the hard work and dedication. Recently I called in the evening and the staff stayed past closing hours to clean my car. And they did a meticulous job for sn unbeatable price. Would recommend them especially now that she is opening a West Hartford site as well. read more

What a gem! It's easy to miss if you aren't looking for it but I had the best car wash ever. They did the inside and outside with so much detail, all for $25. I'm super picky when it comes to car washes and this one treated my car like it was their own. Not a detail left untouched. read more

I am updating this review from 2 stars to 3: After I posted my review, the owner reached out and explained a few things: It is company policy not to drive the car off premises. She purchased them Wendys and they likely left it in the car by accident. She apologized for the delay and mentioned that Saturday has high volume, (except that I went on a Friday), and they apologized for forgetting to put my items back into my car. Went to the West Hartford location on Kane Street. I took three stars off for the following reasons: 1. There was Wendy's in my car. I cleaned out my car even before getting there so I knew it wasn't mine. There is one conveniently down the street from this location. It appears they drove my car to Wendy's. My car should not be driven (outside from what is necessary--e.g. through the car wash and to park) especially if I am not there. Regardless, there should not be someone else's trash in my freshly detailed vehicle! I asked them to throw it away and noticed there was no apology or explanation. 2.I was told an hour and a half for the wash, wax, and detailing. I came back to my car in two hours and it had not been waxed. They were working on another car but promptly came to wax it when I returned. Total time: 2 hours 20 minutes. 3.They forgot to put my items back in to my trunk. Thankfully it was only two items. I noticed after I already got home so I texted the number provided. They said they had the items but again, no apology. I had to drive all the way back and get them. Overall the quality of the work was decent, hence two stars and not one. The person working on my car was nice. However, since my car had trash in it, items forgotten, and no apology/explanation, I will not be returning. read more

I paid for an interior/exterior cleaning and wax and after 6 hours my car still was not waxed. 6 hours seems excessive especially since I was told multiple times it would be less than 2. read more

Came to Bubbles as I was in the area. They didn't answer the phone, so I just stopped by. They took me right in and did one of the best hand washes ever. I only bring my car to two places, but this will be the third. If you're in the area and need a wash, this is the place to go!!! read more

I have been coming here for the past three years and usually do the pick up and drop off service while I'm at work. I love the fact that my car is washed by hand and the spots the mechanical wash miss, don't go undone. They did a fantastic job everytime! read more
