The best!!! Seamless experience from phone call to pick up to delivery. Professional, kind staff. Thank you!

The best self-service laundromat in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Machines are super clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous and helpful. Abundant amount of washers and dryers. Although a couple machines are reserved for drop off service only. September 2025 Pricing: Small Load - $4.50 Big Load - $8.00 XL Load - $11.00 Dryer - 25 cents for 6 minutes All machines are operated by a prepaid card. $1 deposit is required for the card and you can reload by bills or credit card as form of payment on the kiosks. read more

Just went there on July 4th, they changed my card $10.00 for a small machine. WTF????

Very clean, no coins needed, amount of machines = 22 washing machines and 22 dryers. varies sizes on both. They have a few folding table areas and a wash up sink to rinse detergent cups etc etc. They also provide WiFi. read more

Machines are clean and washed out every day. The staff is helpful with respect to the type of detergent and cycle you would use for different items. There is adequate seating both on the inside and out side of the rear garden and benches in the store front. There is free WiFi available. The bathroom is clean and well kept. The store in clean and well lit. Although the prices are higher, then the surrounding laundromats, I feel it is well worth it. The only complaint I have is that the TV is constantly on, tuned to NYC News, but the sound is turned off and there are no captions. Just to watch people talk without sound or captions is silly. Also, the radio, b y way of 2 speakers, is always on with light FM. Can't it sometimes be tuned to a classical music station like WQXR? The clientele are mostly over 30 and and some would be glad to not to be constantly blasted with 'Rock & Roll'. Otherwise this is a great store. read more

Horrible customer service after their app scheduled a delivery time in which they could not follow through on. Spoke to Omar who accused me of calling him a liar when I was trying to explain to him as a customer I was expecting a specific delivery\time their system scheduled for me. After speaking to his staff the night before, receiving an email confirmation and their app showing the date\time all checked out. Never rec'd a call about my delivery not showing up. Disappointing after using their services for a year and I highly recommend you save your money and take your business elsewhere. Customers will spend money at companies that listen throughly and don't accuse them of lying or making things difficult (when I was just sharing feedback since I'm paying $50 plus for laundry service. Not worth the trouble! *** Update: Response to Owners comment- To clarify - I was a paying customer who experienced horrible customer service. Omar, the owner was very disrespectful to me in our conversation. You can see I'm not the only one, there are others who also posted similar feedback/reviews. I posted reviews because they all have the bubbles & suds company name & Omar is the owner. I still haven't rec'd an apology and I tried to give them another chance and rec'd a rude email response refusing my business. I was unable to remove my reviews prior to the rude response, but now see, I should leave them so others don't go through the same treatment. Treat people professionally with respect and we will leave great reviews. read more

I've visited this laundromat twice on a weekday. Outside they have a single bench to sit on while you wait for yo clothes to finish, but both times I've gone someone's been sitting there, so it's really first come first serve. With social distancing you can't really sit there if another stranger is. But that's no big deal, just something to think about if you're looking for a place to sit while doing laundry. When I entered the laundromat I was greeted by the employee which was really nice. It's also air conditioned inside so the environment is comfortable during these summer months. The employees all wear masks and as far as I've seen so do the patrons. Both times I've gone it hasn't been crowded and there are plenty of machines, but I'm not sure how it is on the weekend. The machines are clean-ish but pretty up to par for a public place where everyone is washing their clothes. There are a few different sized washers at different price points. I found it to be a little on the expensive side but nothing too crazy. There's a machine when you come in where you can purchase a laundry card and refill it as needed. They accept credit card. They also have drop off service and pickup and delivery service which I have not used yet. The laundromat also seems to have an app that you can use to access these services. All in all this is a great laundromat and both times I've visited I've done my laundry with no hassle and was pretty much in and out with no wait for machines. It's air conditioned and clean inside and the employees are friendly. And there is one bench outside that you need to get to first if you want to sit while you wait. read more

We love Bubbles and suds!! They are the best. They always work with us to make sure we get our deliveries even when we're always adjusting our timing. We appreciate this service so much!! read more

This laundromat is not cheap, but they make up for it for the cleanliness of the location and the fact that everything works. Staff is friendly and card loading machines are at the ready without fuss. There's a couple of picnic tables out back to wait outside when the weather's nice. It's also not overly crowded, which is really nice as well. I always enjoy bringing my laundry here on a regular basis. read more

I can't believe the customer service!!. I called today to see what time is the last wash. The lady that responded said the last wash was at 9pm. I asked are you sure? She said yes. I came in with my cart loaded up my clothes in the washer. I also had time to load my card only for her to tell me after all that I can't wash my clothes. She tells me that the last wash was at 7pm. She can't do anything for me. I told her I called for the times and she said she thought I meant the queens location. -_- WOW! Update WOW....."Please let me know if I need to refresh your memory and send you the footage. So do yourself a favor take this completely fabricated review down." This is the appropriate passive aggressive response. I guess the customer is not always right here.. what a shame Ill end it here. Never have I had an argument over an issue with an owner for this long and especially online. Normally it's dealt with and solved with as soon as possible with both parties happy and forgetting the experience. I could go on but seeing your track record with other negative reviews. You take it upon yourself to just discredit those individuals and call them liars a very outdated tactic. What a shame read more

I had an incident here today with a washer and asked for help so I left my name and number for the owner to reach out to me. Sure enough, that's what he did and instead of being helpful, he told me what I was saying wasn't accurate and to do laundry elsewhere. Omar is an unprofessional and disrespectful business owner. I come from a family of business owners and anyone with business sense and a brain knows you do not treat paying customers like that. I'll never give this place another quarter again. Update: I didn't give anyone an attitude when I walked in. You're speaking falsely right there. I walked in minded my business and washed my clothes. My sheets and towels were set to warm (it was lit up in green) and after I closed the door and started the machine I noticed it switched to cold. I am positive about that. Also, I was just there recently during the pandemic and washed my hands without a problem. Hand washing is recommended more than ever at a time like this. At least offer hand sanitizer if you're going to be open for business. I started the conversation off with you very nicely and even made it clear that I wasn't out to look for problems but after how you spoke to me I responded accordingly. And if you're really looking out for the safety of your employees, limit the amount of people you allow in there at one time because it was quite crowded yesterday and don't have people working until 9 at night!! Stay well, Omar! read more

I love this place. The employees are always smiling and so helpful! I use the drop-off service since I usually never have time to wash my own clothes. The only reason its not a 5-star review is that sometimes I may have a shirt or someones pants in my laundry bag, clean, but not mine. I could imagine that it happens the other way around. Either way, they have my business! Thanks for all that you do! read more

My usual laundromat shut down due to Covid so I've been coming here since. Always really clean and friendly, helpful staff!! Thank you for all your hard work during these hard times! read more

Ok, this is a game-changer. Before I write this review, I have to confess that I am a freak - I LOVE doing laundry. I never went to a wash and fold before this because I enjoy it that much. Unfortunately, the machines in my building are probably older than I am and in a little basement area so creepy that I bring my phone every time I go, just in case I need to call for help. So I saw all the glowing reviews and figured I would try this place out. WOW. The pickup and delivery are so convenient- you schedule a time online. This makes it really easy as I'm not in Bay Ridge most of the time. The guy who picked up my laundry was really nice and flexible about when I needed it dropped off. The clothes came back smelling SO good and were so neatly folded and organized, it was sad for me to unpack them! I live a few stories up, so I happily tipped him well for his trouble. Long story short, this place has made me a wash and fold convert! I look forward to using them again. Fair prices, friendly service, clean clothes! read more

Although I'm no expert on how to operate a Laundromat, I can certainly recognize a a growing business when I see one. Wi-Fi, indoor table to utilize "waisted" laundry time plus outdoor backyard seating creates a pleasant stress free experience. New machines ( accepts coins not cards, but who cares), clean, friendly staff and the owners are very accommodating. Can't quite comment on price comparison due to lack of cost familiarity but will say that quality is something that I appreciate. Congrats on the soon to be opened location in the 70s. read more

Bubbles & Suds Laundromat - Laundromat Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I used to go to another place on 5th but this place is cleaner and the staff is much nicer. They really care about customer service, and the bagels and coffee on the weekend are a nice touch. Dunno about prices because I haven't gone anywhere else in years. May have to try the pickup and delivery service soon because, well, I'm just that lazy. Good luck with the new location. It looks snazzy! read more

I just moved to the neighborhood and started to scout out a clean and friendly laundromat with decent hours and prices - found it here. The attendant was kind and friendly and the brand new looking machines where priced reasonably. The washing machines take money the old fashioned way - quarters instead of the laundry cards typically used for the newer machines. Nice that they are open till 10 PM also, however, it would be awesome if they were open 24 hours. read more

After reading so many positive reviews I wanted to try this laundromat out. The staff is friendly & the prices are moderate. I came to wash clothes on Wednesday at noon which is why it wasn't busy but it is a small, quaint laundromat & I'm sure the the weekends might be busy. The place is very nice & clean & quiet. I have no negatives to say, I will make this my regular laundromat. read more

Bubbles & Suds Laundromat - Cute, quaint laundromat. - Laundromat Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I didn't think I'd ever write a review about a laundromat, but let's face it, a bad one can make your life miserable. I love these folks! Omar and his crew are impeccable when it comes to customer service! I use the pickup/delivery. They work with my schedule for both, really accommodating. The clothes come back clean, smelling great, folded like they're brand new, everything's dry and most importantly, everything comes back! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for professional convenience! read more

I have a personal attachment to this place because they take a better care of my clothes than my mom had ever done growing up (sorry ma). They pick your stuff up, wash and dry it using proper cycles and high quality products including the fabric softener and dryer sheets (things I always forget about), fold it nicely and deliver it back with a smile. Their online pick-up scheduling system is super convenient and easy to use. One word - AMAZING! The only sad part about this review is that they don't pick up/deliver to my new zip code (11214) as I moved one neighborhood down, and I literally can't trust my laundry to anyone else around here :( I MISS YOU GUYS!... read more

After having two negative experiences with pick-up/drop off laundry services in Brooklyn, I gave Bubbles and Suds a try. They were on time for both pick-up and drop off, they delivered the correct clothes, and NOTHING was missing. The employees behaved respectfully, courteously, and professionally! This company will definitely receive my custom I'm the future! read more

Very pleased with the quick turnaround! Convenient, reasonably priced. Great job. Next time I will ask for shirts on hangars.

My go to laundromat for wash and fold service. Their services are done really well. And I appreciate the raffles and what not. Cute idea for the community. Pricing is really good for the quality read more

Writing this review as I am waiting to switch over my wash, because a wave of gratefulness has come over me as I realize that Bubbles & Suds is always there for me. So thankful to have such a conveniently located laundromat in the community, especially in these tough times. The staff are always so friendly and kind, the machines are top notch, and I hardly ever have to wait for a machine because there are so many. Thank you so much for staying open and implementing safety guidelines! Stay safe! read more

I dont know who gives this place more than 1 star! First time i came in here and gave my cloth for wash and fold. The bag was missing a lot of pairs of socks and boxers. Now i have to go and buy extra stuff. On top of that i asked them to dry clean my sweater, instead they washed and it shrank 5 sizes Thew it in the garbage. All they do asking people to leave them good feedback on yelp and Fb Not coming back read more

So this place is awesome! Found it on yelp while I was staying in the area for a short time. I am new to NY and was like.... how the hell am I gonna do laundry??!? Found this place and couldn't be happier. I just dropped off all my dirty clothes in the am, and at like 5 they were all perfectly clean and folded. It only cost like $12 for 2 weeks of laundry. Anyways, super happy with this place. Staff was nice and easy to work with. read more

As a newbie to Bay Ridge, this laundromat attracted me from the start!! I love the modern feel of the laundromat and after reviewing their website, I know they are modern and successful! I had them pick up and deliver my first load, and everything went smoothly. I had the delivery guy pick it up at 5pm and he came back the next day around 6pm. All my clothes came back perfectly folded and also I requested they separate clothes I wanted hang dried and they did that properly as well!! I am so gIad I found a renowned place that is also around the block (nice and close) I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone read more

So clean and friendly. And the owner is a sweetheart. I haven't been here in a while (I do laundry at family's) and the only downside (not sure if it's changed) is that the laundry card used at the other location on 74th street don't work in the machines. read more

Pick-up/drop-off laundry service is one of those things that just changes your life, right? These guys are amazing. One of the reasons I was afraid of doing it in the past was that I couldn't find anyone that would use special instructions (hang dry, delicate, etc.) I never once had anything washed or dried incorrectly and the delivery drivers are always exceptionally kind. read more

I love this place! The wash and fold service is awesome, the staff is super friendly, and the machines are clean and work well. Best laundromat in the neighborhood. read more

Having just moved to the neighborhood & never used a laundromat before I obviously came to yelp & quickly decided I'd use bubbles & suds based on their reviews. Honestly, if it weren't for the price I'd give this place 10 stars. Nothing was missing, all of our clothes smelled amazing, the folding & bagging were immaculate.. it's just for drop off & pickup I thought it was a little bit pricey, especially considering I told them to wash & dry everything and had no annoying requests. But I'd 100% recommend this place to anyone if you want clean clothes & a job well done ! read more
