Wow, this was our first visit to this puppy salon and we were more than happy with the results!!! We have a a 4 lb Yorkie and Bailey was our groomer. I have to say this was the BEST cut this little girl has EVER HAD!!!! We are do appreciative of their care and attention to detail, plus the fact that they did in an hour what other groomers required a 3-4 hour stay for the same thing. Little pups don't do well in that environment for extended times and we appreciate that they are mindful of that! Kiddos to Bailey and the whole team there. Thank you once again. If they answered their phones it would be a first Then despite a 2 month wait, appointment reversed A complete disgrace Go to another place As this grooming establishment is the absolute worst Mid July our 2 dogs need grooming badly. Call and speak with an air headed receptionist who could barely repeat the date she said to bring them in, September 18th. That should have been the first "sign" but the ridiculous wait meant having to take them to a very friendly place, Laundramutt, where the kind person groomed them the same July day. And for cheaper. But we kept the early autumn appointment so as to determine if their service might be a bit better. Wrong. Couldn't even get that far as they claimed we didn't have an appointment and no information was put in their system. Despite a witnessed call and the observation of not canceling what was an absurd wait for dog grooming, they turned us away without service. If you read this review, then you should electively turn yourself away from this unprofessional and incompetent business. read more

I called twice and left 2 msgs to make an appointment for my small dog that is half shitzu and bichon. I finally walked in and made an appointment. During this time they asked me how big my dog was told him he was roughly 16 pounds and they quoted me $70. His appointment was for a few days later down the road at 1:30 we arrive five minutes early and checked him in. They apologized for running late and said they would call us when he was ready. 430 rolled around and they still hadn't given us a call but we had an appointment at 5 o'clock elsewhere. We arrived to pick him up only to see that they were just starting to cut his hair. We were informed that it would be 45 minutes longer. We explained that we had an appointment and it had already been three hours. The individual we were talking to said she would help and that would speed up things and hopefully they could be done in 20 minutes. We said fine and in order to save time could we go ahead and pay. As she is charging us she tells me now that it is $75. We explained that we were quoted 70. Her explanation was he was bigger than they had anticipated. Mind you where we had lived before we had a mobile groomer that came to the house did everything in an hour and 15 minutes and only charged $60 already this fee was pricey. We paid the 70+ gave a tip and went to the store which is next-door to kill the 20 minute time. Upon returning he still wasn't ready and the girl who said she would help was standing by and watching. As I am waiting the gal who apparently owns the business chastised the girl standing by for only charging us the 70 and not the 75, saying that she should have told us that the dog was bigger than anticipated. mind you she knew I was standing there. We finally got our dog he looked good not great but as I was waiting in the waiting room there is so much fur floating about because they don't pick up after every animal and it stunk so bad I could hardly breathe and had to walk out side twice for fresh air. Needless to say I will return back to the groomers in Post Falls who only charges $40 but it is nice and clearly loves working with the animals. We only tried bubbles and bows because they were close to the house and convenient. But that is where their customer service begins and ends. They are over priced for the actual amount of work they do and should have quoted us 75 from the beginning and not taken 4 hours to get to a small dog. Spoke to a neighbor who had the same experience and his dog is a tiny Pomeranian-neither of us will be back. read more

Don't go there if your dog is older. They will not groom dogs at age 12 or older regardless if they are well behaved. They are very expensive and don't do a very good job. I would never recommend them. read more

My goldendoodle had been going here for the better part of a year. Always maintenance to grow his coat. Today they shaved him down to nothing and charged me $100 for it. My beautiful fluffy doodle looks absolutely ridiculous now and when I complained I got all excuses. They wouldn't offer to make it right with a refund so I won't be going back. Very unsatisfied and extremely sad that my dog looks so horrible. If you care about your doodles appearance, avoid this place. They poodled my doodle. read more

Very disappointed! We were charged $210 for our rescue dog. I have never in my life heard of such a thing, ever. Same cut just 8 weeks prior on a different rescue (same breed) was $70. Owner was very rude over the phone as well. We will not be returning. read more

After having our dogs groomed the young women at the counter said their would an extra fee because one of the dogs peed in a kennel , she also said you should have taken then out to pee before they came in . I will never take my dog back to this place. The groomer was not even there when we showed up, and she did an absolute terrible job. The hair that falls down his sides is uneven, and he had a bunch of fur balls on his belly when we got him home. Then the groomer said we can't bring him back because "he was pretty matted, he's really old, and you just need to brush him yourself". I didn't pay $60 for a crappy haircut then to be told my dog is not welcome in their establishment. He is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. Shame on that lady for treating him like he's an old stray. Seems to me like she needs to find a new profession because it sure doesn't seem like she is a dog person. NEVER EVER GOING BACK. Next time he needs a crappy haircut, i will do it myself and save the $60. read more

I just recently moved back to the area & was looking for a good groomer that is a local business. My fur babies came out adorable! I was so happy that I chose to take my babies here. It's 20 min. from my home, but it's def. worth driving the 20 min. vs taking them to someone closer. I highly recommend Jenna & Leslie. They both did an amazing job. I will def. be going back.
