Yum! This place is great! I had their BBQ pork Banh Mi for $5 (?) and it was excellent. Also had their sweet potato fries and they were delicious. The Banh Mi did not look huge but it was filled with quality cuts of BBQ pork and was quite filling. Also included were cilantro, carrots, daikon and cucumber with some kind of sauce on a very fresh roll. The sweet potato fries were not your typical orange things, these were fresh cut Asian yam (yellow not orange) and was not very sweet. It was lightly breaded and the breading had a smattering of black sesame seeds. These were delicious. The place is small but the service is great. The menu is large and has both Vietnamese, Cambodian, Japanese, and Chinese dishes. What a great find! The prices are reasonable and portions are LARGE! I wish they have more flavor choices. But the few ones I've tried was very good. I called and ordered online and my food was ready when I came in. Only thing that probably took a star away is the fact that they are a little slower ordering and paying. Be prepared to wait about 20mins for a drink if ure just a walk in. I suggest to order over the phone so you don't have to wait. Food is great though! And owner is very friendly. I would come back here again soon! read more

The menu here is so interesting and varied! They have the only spam musubi I have seen Stateside, and a lavender boba tea--yum and not too sweet at all! Hubs had a banh mi and gave it the thumbs up as well. Decent prices as well. I think two bubble teas, the sandwich, and those two enormous musubi were about $20? The combos of shaved ice, lemonades, and slushes as so vast it's almost hard to choose. But they will recommend their most popular if u can't choose. Love it. We were in town for the first time looking for a boba spot that was open and came across this place. We were a little leary as there was no one in the shop. We noticed the large menu of food which has a very diverse Asian meals and snacks selection, but were quickly told the kitchen was closed early because not very many customers that day... that worried us even more. We hesitantly ordered a regular milk tea with boba and one of their ube shakes. To our surprise both drinks were great! Nothing is worse when you have a boba craving and the actual boba is hard... the boba here was the perfect consistency! The only person working there was a female, who was super friendly and talkative... which i personally liked. Made the short wait for our drinks seem faster. I have a friend who just moved to the town from San Jose where boba ships are in every corner, so I will let her know of this place! read more

As someone who is a bit obsessed with Banh Mi, I have been wanting to try BubbleCups for some time when I heard there was a new place in the area offering the delectable Vietnamese sandwich. I have had Banh Mi at every establishment offering them within a 20 mile radius and am always on the hunt for new spots to try and see where they rank within the local collective! The bbq pork Banh Mi I had today at BubbleCups did not disappoint and I would rank as one of the best I have had in the area. In terms of quality and quantity versus cost, this is absolutely the best choice hands down. I was extremely impressed with just how packed my sandwich was with meat and veggies! And for a little over $5 dollars this is without question the best bang-for-your-buck Banh Mi in the area. And it wasn't just the volume of the sandwich, it was delicious as well! The bread was very good and toasted nicely, the bbq pork tasted great, all the veggies tasted fresh, it was a truly excellent Banh Mi. I was extremely pleased at how satisfied I was with it as well, because my gripe at many places that serve Banh Mi is that is can be a little underwhelming in how much they put in the sandwiches and I can often be left still feeling hungry and not truly filled up. This was not the case with the sandwiches at BubbleCups, this was a proper Banh Mi! I can definitely see myself coming back to BubbleCups many more times in the future and am excited to have another new spot to satisfy my Banh Mi craving / addiction. Ordered some of their pork eggrolls and those were also delicious! They have a very extensive menu and I will absolutely return to try new things from the many options BubbleCups has! This is probably my "go to" place for boba milk teas. Especially with the rainbow jelly and the bursting boba. You have to get the pomagrante ones. They can easily customize any dessert drink as well. Best item on the menu are their crab puffs, best around, if you ask me. read more

Stopped by today for a cup of bubble tea on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by their large, ready to order food selection. The popcorn chicken was crispy, delicious, and came with an orange dipping sauce- try them with cayenne pepper for a spicy kick. The crab puffs were also great. Neat presentation, ample filling, and served with a sweet and sour sauce. To drink, I had mango milk tea with mango boba. The star shaped boba had a mild fruity flavor and were tasty even by themselves. If you enjoy mango, I highly reccomend it. The lady at the counter was very helpful and had many great suggestions. Beef sour soup (Salaw Machew) and chicken curry were very tasty. I believe this is the only eatery in Santa Rosa were you can order authentic Cambodian dishes. Price is fair and portion is large enough for an extra meal. Owner is extremely friendly and helpful telling us about each dishes. Will definitely be back to try other Cambodian dishes. read more

The other reviews are accurate in regards to the customer service. I went in not expecting any so no complaints here. However, the milk tea is ok and made with powder so it's not a fresh tasting. The boba was cooked well. It is pricey relative to ShareTea and T4 not too far away. read more

If you haven't already given this place a try, you're missing out! This afternoon, my bf and I split a grilled pork bahn mi and a D2 dessert drink. Both were exactly to my liking! I was actually blown away at how generous the portion of meat was in my sandwich. Comparable to Bahn Mi at chained locations like Lee's Sandwich were recently priced at a whopping $7+, for a thin sliver piece of bread with hardly any fillings. The flavor in their Bahn Mi at BubbleCup was superb! I like to think I am a bit of a food snob, especially when it comes to Asian food, since my palate is so attuned to the flavors. And it hit all the marks! The dessert drinks are very nostalgic. Not overly too sweet, just right. Kind lady who took our order was sweet and polite. The timely wait was worth the freshness! Just really have nothing negative to say. Fresh, friendly, delicious, great portion, clean and you definitely get your money's worth if not more.
