The interior has a cute roasting station. I spoke briefly with the manager/owner (Greg) who has operated in this location for about 5 years. I had a large cup of brewed coffee (it was a medium roast) with 2% milk. Wow! This delightful cup of coffee kept me awake for the remaining drive. Note to readers - this is more of a "grab-n-go" place that does not have much indoor seating. Thank you Yelp for leading me to this coffeehouse tucked in a hidden area of Johnson City, TN. If you're a student at ETSU, it's worth the 5-6 minute drive to get freshly brewed coffee here. If you are driving between Asheville, NC and Abingdon, VA and sorely in need of something a bit stronger than a cup of coffee at Starbucks, I would recommend Pike House Coffee in a heartbeat.

This is definitely a place worth checking out, and what an amazing addition to the community! A great spot to grab some delicious Bubble Tea and bites; hang out with some friends to share. We were greeted by a warm and welcoming staff. Our food came out fresh and tasty! We've had our experience of ordering gyoza, and this by far has been the best! It wasn't greasy, the filling plump and juicy, and no strong aftertaste (which we have experienced in the past). A true winner. Thank you, for opening your doors to the area! I am excited to return soon!

The noodles were cooked perfectly--soft but not mushy--and the pork was flavorful and tender. Everything had a really nice balance of savory and fresh flavors. The egg rolls were crispy on the outside with a tasty filling that paired really well with the noodles. I wish there was more meat in the dish. I love the side of sauce that came with it. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were friendly.

It's great for Asian produce. Don't get me wrong, you can't compare it to Los Angeles, Atlanta or any other big city with a large Asian population, but at least you can get some fresh Asian vegetables and they are fresh! They also carry frozen. It's a small store but can fulfill most needs. The owners are very sweet people who do everything to help you get what you need including taking special orders. Both sandwiches were delicious with the garlic aioli on the salmon taking it to the right balance. The sturdy ciabatta held up well to the marinara on the Italian sausage with peppers. All in all, we will be back and look forward to trying thier crepes next time.

Then I got the chicken, steak and shrimp hibachi and a order of unagi.... which he kinda looked at me funny. I said eel because he didn't know that unagi is eel. Lordy... work at a place and don't know the name of sushi fish. So the sushi rolls were teeny tiny they were like a third of the size of an average sushi roll. I'm from California I know legit Sushi. Also when I think hibachi I think Benihana. I have yet to find a good place that labels themselves "hibachi" here. This place drowns their so-called hibachi in sauce. They forgot my shrimp so they brought that after and it was 3 shrimp. The rice was completely flavorless. Sushi ... They need to work on not only the size but they need to get some sauces or something to make it have some flavor. The hibachi flavor was ok just way too much sauce; should be very little sauce.
