First off the food is always delicious and so good. But every time I get my order it's always wrong. I always get a creep with my fruit on the side. I always put it in the notes under the order and I add an extra note so they can see it. My note is on the ticket twice, but they never follow through with my request. A worker even said I have to call ahead for them to do it. So I call ahead and still they don't do it. And they have to remake my order every time. And I also add granola to my order and they don't even do that. So I ask for a side of it and they are like "it's not on the ticket." I have to pull up my order in my phone to prove them wrong. And they just get an attitude: Java Juice please just make it correct the first time and you won't be waiting product. It's very frustrating that this always happens to me and makes me want to no longer get food from them. read more

I absolutely love Java Juice House, it's one of my favorite places! I'm somewhat of a smoothie snob or you could just say I'm difficult to please. It's so hard to find good smoothie places. I travel for work and I love it so much that I plan my trip around lunch being here. Their food is delicious, you can't go wrong with any decision you make. They also make cold pressed juices that are really good. Pitaya power is my favorite. My favorite smoothie is Bo Berry cheesecake but I also loveeee snickerdoole! Their crêpes are fantastic. I have gone countless times and am always met with friendly, down to earth employees that are kind and helpful. I've been a customer here since the day they opened but that ended today. I had the absolute worst display of customer service I have ever witnessed. Took my son to grab a smoothie after school. We waited over 15 mins (time stamped from a call I took as soon as I finished ordering) we were also the only customers in the building. Unfortunately for us someone trusted three no where near competent enough girls who couldn't stop talking the entire time hadn't even started our order. It was comical at best. Spent over $40 on smoothies just to listen to how bad their high school football team is. No manager on duty and no one that had a clue about how to run a business anywhere in sight. I want to start review by saying the one employee working was amazing, nice, apologetic and busting her ass. I blame this on management. She was the only one working and between online orders and trying to get to customers she was unable to get to orders. Was looking for a smoothie place to take my kids. Online, it said their smoothies were $7.50 and 12 oz açaí bowls were $8. When we got here, the smoothies were 9 and açaí bowl was 11 (large said 14). We were already there so whatever. But when she rang me up, she charged $13 for the bowl. When I pointed it out she said "oh the price on the chart is wrong. They are now $13 and the large is now $15". They shouldn't be charging prices that don't reflect on their menu. Also I was hoping to get coffee and they don't sell any at all anymore. read more

This place is the perfect healthy treat. Everything is always fresh and the açaí bowl was very refreshing. I also get the tropical smoothie and it is also fantastic. My only drawback is it is very expensive, but to get the freshest ingredients it will cost a lot. read more

This place this delicious! I love the açaí bowls, crepes, toasts, and the (seasonal) pumpkin smoothie. I come here to study often and love eating their good-for-you and good-tasting creations! I'm not a huge fan of their coffee, and some times the mostly young highschool/college aged girls that work there are not on top of things and cut up more than work, but I really like the atmosphere and food so I stick around. read more

Dropped in today SO excited at the vegan/plant-based options. Ordered a Tropical Paradise smoothie, and a green smoothie. Took FOREVER to get served and they weren't even busy - fine I can let that slide. My smoothie tasted like coconut milk, and blueberries, not so good for $8. It was runny and flat tasting and I was really disappointed. My fiance's smoothie was delicious, however. I don't know what the deal is but you have to be consistent. If your menu board says mangoes and pineapples are in a smoothie they better be in there or you're going to really disappoint people. My advice to them is to train their employees better? I don't know. I was ready to drop $150 on a juice cleanse but now I'm second guessing them. read more

The food and workers at this establishment are immaculate. But I was shocked whenever I walked out to hear one of my favorite workers getting screamed at and fired. I overheard them mention how Fareed was stealing workers hard earned tips. I've also overheard Fareed screaming at his mother over the phone. I've enjoyed going to Java Juice House ever since they first opened! I've had multiple Acai bowls and considered them to be well worth the money with the portion size they used to give. For the past few times I have gone, they have consistently decreased the portion size to where it barely even filled the bowl. I'm very disappointed in how they have decreased the portion size. If you're going to do that, decrease the price at least. read more

My girlfriend and I went today for brunch. First off, it was FANTASTIC! Together we tried an Acai bowl, Crepe, Cappuccino, and Orange Dream smoothie. My Crepe had Havarti cheese, spinach, Basil, and lastly they topped it off with Olive Oil and Balsamic. The Orange Dream smoothie has fresh squeezed OJ with mixed berries to the point you could almost taste the freshness. Like most people, I don't eat as healthy as I should probably because fried food just tastes so good, but Java Juice is definitely onto something as the food was not only healthy, but also delicious! They have raw juice and smoothies, as the name implies, BUT they also have: full vegan meals (big enough that you'd probably want to save part of the meal for later) in a fridge that you can pick up to-go; vegan desserts/pastries; fancy coffee drinks (with organic syrups); and various made-to-order crepes. I was visiting JC from Nashville and told the guy he needed to expand to Nash immediately! We have a ton of juice/smoothie places here but none seem to offer much else, especially food (i.e., they offer little snacks like energy bites or raw peanut butter cups, but nothing you could really eat as a full meal).
