When we got there Lisa was nice. During the haircut her tone became more and more frustrated and she made many comments about his moving. Not only was her tone and comments unappreciated but she left my son patchy with some spots shaved down more than other and his hair was cut lopsided with the scissors. The cut was going longer than anticipated so instead of continuing, she left him unfinished and moved onto her 11am appointment. This being a child salon I expected better patient from the hairdressers. My son is 2, a toddler and he was not screaming or crying or moving around restlessly. He was playing with the steering wheel of the car causing him to move slightly and would occasionally turn his head to look at the TV screens or in the mirror.

We got charged 50$ no certificate no picture just a tiny ziplock with hair. He kept walking towards the back and motioned for me to follow. He brought me to a closet / breakroom where he had a small station set up. His station was sloppy and by sloppy I mean dirty and unorganized. On top of that there was no sanitary solution to clean his tools. Meanwhile the rest of the place has proper work stations. Not sure why I got the closet. I sat down and we proceed to go over how I'd like my hair cut. I show 4 similar reference photos and tell him how i usually style it. He starts cutting my hair at a snails pace. Anxiously I watch him go to work. He cut my hair completely different than the reference photos I showed him. At the end of the cut he attempted to style my hair with product and it looked ridiculous. It was the Dumbest looking thing I've ever seen. He asked me what I thought and I showed him the 4 reference photos again and he attempted to style it more like the photo. Anyway, i showered when I got Home and to wash out the product to get a better look at what he did. I essentially got a $46 dollar bowl cut. The best part is I had to get a passport photo the next day so now I have the luxury of looking at the monstrosity that is currently sitting on my head for another 10 years.. The saving grace is that he left my hair long enough to where I think I'll be able to salvage some semblance of a respectable haircut by fixing it myself at home. I hate to bash his skills because he was really Nice and easygoing. We engaged in pleasant small talk and I could tell he made a solid attempt to give me a good haircut.
