This is a truly delightful salon for children. The concept is brilliant. I brought my granddaughter there today for her first haircut. She was seated in an adorable "pink Cadillac chair" Chelsea cut her hair. Chelsea, is patient, kind and just lovely. She did an amazing job! My granddaughter Mia looks like an "American girl Doll" thanks to her. Mia was given a pink balloon and adorable bows for her hair! Also a certificate and a lock of her hair. Thank you for not only an excellent cut, but a beautiful memory that I will cherish. We can't wait to come back. Lots of love Bernadette read more

We stopped into Bubble Cuts randomly on a busy Saturday morning as walk-ins and they were able to take us right away! They were so kind right from the start! We have two boys - a 4 year-old and 2 year-old - and right away they were excited to get into the themed chairs and watch some TV while getting their hair cut! The owner, Carlos, was SO kind to put on their favorite TV shows for them! Bubble Cuts is so kid-friendly it's insane! They have tons of toys, themed chairs that the kids actually want to sit in for their haircut, their choice of TV while getting their haircut, and balloons and lollipops for after! I cannot say enough good things about this place! We will definitely be back! Thank you Bubble Cuts for the awesome haircuts and incredible customer service and hospitality!!! read more

We took our daughter for her first haircut and we are so happy we went here. From start to finish, Ana and the rest of the staff were wonderful. They made the entire experience feel really special, always checked in to make sure we were happy with process and made our baby feel comfortable and beautiful. We will absolutely be back. read more

Great first hair cut experience for my daughter! A few friends had taken their kids here. I was hesitant to get my daughter's hair cut because she has curls and I didn't want them to go away. But I bit the bullet and made an appointment since it was during her "summer break". Made an appointment at 11am. Chelsea cut my daughter's hair and was super friendly. Charlie got to sit on a pink car, watch Mickey Mouse's Clubhouse and got her hair cut without any issues. They even do a cute certificate with a picture and a locket of her hair. Haircut was $45 and you have the option to send the hair dresser a tip via venmo. Overall a great experience! read more

First time at Bubble Cuts and honestly we loved it. We didn't have an appointment and they took us in, made us feel every welcome. Our new hair salon for our baby boy. For sure going back. read more

Love their service. Always good with kids. My boys are regulars. We love Wanda and Susan. They both give clean cuts.

We've been coming here a few years but won't be coming back We had a 10 am appt and got there at 10:05. There was a little girl already in the chair and a father and son who had no appointment. I saw them walk in 2 minutes before us. They told us we had to wait until after the walk in to take us. Alma wasn't even done with the little girl until 10:15 so even if we came on time, my son (who is on the spectrum and sometimes cannot wait for long periods in one place) would have had to wait anyway. We also got a lil attitude from Alma about it. If the chair was free and the father and son walked in before us, i would have totally understood taking them first. But they took a client knowing they wouldn't be finished before a 10 am appt even though they only had one stylist on. This is greedy. Then expected us to wait until after the walk in. They did offer to take us first after hearing my son is on the spectrum but we left anyway because why does the child have to have a disability in order for a business to do right by them? Why did I even have to disclose that to them? Also my son's cuts have never been that great but we still came anyway just for convenience. I'll take this as a sign to find a better stylist elsewhere, even if it means driving further. Don't come here. read more

Ana did an amazing job for my daughters first haircut. She even styled her with cute bows and pixie dusted her with glitter. They gave me a cute keep sake to take home for her first cut. read more

Came here for my 1 year olds first haircut and it was a great experience. While my boy did cry a lot, they were super understanding and did a great job helping me distract him! Fun chairs to sit in, there are balloons, TVs & tots to keep them busy while their hair gets cut! I'm impressed with how well his hair turned out with how much he was squirming around! We did the 1st haircut package and got a cute certificate with a photo and a keepsake lock of hair. Great experience, highly recommend for your little ones!! read more

I brought my two-year-old son in for a small trim. I love his blonde curls, so from the jump I am made it extremely clear that I only wanted him to get a small trim. Just some off his bangs and along the ends. Within a minute, it was all gone. The stylist completely ignored everything I had just said and hacked off all his hair. When she saw how upset I was, she immediately tried to place the blame on me. I was horrified. Not only did I feel completely disregarded and ignored, but the haircut itself is horrible. It's completely uneven in the back, and sticks up all over. I will never be back. read more

Veronica cut our son's hair for the second time now and we love her! She keeps him entertained/distracted long enough to give him a great hair cut each time. Will definitely be visiting her again. read more

I will remove this review when the owner calls me back- for now I'm leaving this review for parents to know. I am a mother of three kids - parents of all schools in the area of studio city and Sherman old. This place has grown terrible. Too many bookings and no appointments for that matter, but this is why I would not recommend this place. 1) I have booked on their Vagaro booking services and have had several appointments not reflect in their system after booking appropriately. I had let that slide two times in the past. 2) this week on 6/12 I had an appointment for my children made at 430pm- my husband brings them and learned to find out, yet again, the appointment is not to be found and is turned away. He makes a booking for the next day 6/13 IN PERSON- and is then turned away the day of the booking , because the receptionist can't find the appointment!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Three kids in tow and ready for cuts - this incompetence.... Unacceptable. Parents you know we have no time to waste. 3) lastly, I can not confirm this but after the day my daughters had their FIRST Cut.... They had lice after that appointment. This was in the past- I let it slide. But I can not share these incidents with parents who need nothing but time on their side. There are plenty of other places to go. Don't bother with Bubble cuts. Save your time. read more

I was just having one of THOSE days as a mom- you know what I mean! Everything was going wrong, postpartum haze, I was running late everywhere and I just felt like I was failing at every angle. These incredibly kind people at Bubble Cuts helped me turn it around. I arrived as a walk-in client during their lunch break (of course I did!) and guess what....Ana took my son anyway. They helped me get the bulky stroller for my baby in and out of the shop. They were so kind and patient with my 4yr old as he was getting his hair cut. The cut looked really great and it was fast on top of everything! These little moments matter for an exhausted mom. They now have my business forever. I love them. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Candice! She made our daughter's first haircut an easy, reassuring and fun process. We'll be back!
