This is a truly delightful salon for children. The concept is brilliant. I brought my granddaughter there today for her first haircut. She was seated in an adorable "pink Cadillac chair" Chelsea cut her hair. Chelsea, is patient, kind and just lovely. She did an amazing job! My granddaughter Mia looks like an "American girl Doll" thanks to her. Mia was given a pink balloon and adorable bows for her hair! Also a certificate and a lock of her hair. Great first hair cut experience for my daughter! A few friends had taken their kids here. I was hesitant to get my daughter's hair cut because she has curls and I didn't want them to go away. But I bit the bullet and made an appointment since it was during her "summer break". Made an appointment at 11am. Chelsea cut my daughter's hair and was super friendly. Charlie got to sit on a pink car, watch Mickey Mouse's Clubhouse and got her hair cut without any issues. They even do a cute certificate with a picture and a locket of her hair. Haircut was $45 and you have the option to send the hair dresser a tip via venmo. Overall a great experience! read more

We've been coming here a few years but won't be coming back We had a 10 am appt and got there at 10:05. There was a little girl already in the chair and a father and son who had no appointment. I saw them walk in 2 minutes before us. They told us we had to wait until after the walk in to take us. Alma wasn't even done with the little girl until 10:15 so even if we came on time, my son (who is on the spectrum and sometimes cannot wait for long periods in one place) would have had to wait anyway. We also got a lil attitude from Alma about it. If the chair was free and the father and son walked in before us, i would have totally understood taking them first. But they took a client knowing they wouldn't be finished before a 10 am appt even though they only had one stylist on. This is greedy. Then expected us to wait until after the walk in. They did offer to take us first after hearing my son is on the spectrum but we left anyway because why does the child have to have a disability in order for a business to do right by them? Why did I even have to disclose that to them? Also my son's cuts have never been that great but we still came anyway just for convenience. I'll take this as a sign to find a better stylist elsewhere, even if it means driving further. Don't come here. read more

We called on a Saturday afternoon while 30 minutes away and asked for a walk in appointment. They had an opening and were able to cut our son's hair and it looks great. The staff is friendly but be aware that you cannot type via credit card. Bring cash if you're able to. read more

Came here for my 1 year olds first haircut and it was a great experience. While my boy did cry a lot, they were super understanding and did a great job helping me distract him! Fun chairs to sit in, there are balloons, TVs & tots to keep them busy while their hair gets cut! I'm impressed with how well his hair turned out with how much he was squirming around! We did the 1st haircut package and got a cute certificate with a photo and a keepsake lock of hair. Great experience, highly recommend for your little ones!! read more

I will remove this review when the owner calls me back- for now I'm leaving this review for parents to know. I am a mother of three kids - parents of all schools in the area of studio city and Sherman old. This place has grown terrible. Too many bookings and no appointments for that matter,but this is why I would not recommend this place. 1) I have booked on their Vagaro booking services and have had several appointments not reflect in their system after booking appropriately. I had let that slide two times in the past. 2) this week on 6/12 I had an appointment for my children made at 430pm- my husband brings them and learned to find out, yet again, the appointment is not to be found and is turned away. He makes a booking for the next day 6/13 IN PERSON- and is then turned away the day of the booking , because the receptionist can't find the appointment!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Three kids in tow and ready for cuts - this incompetence.... Unacceptable. Parents you know we have no time to waste. 3) lastly, I can not confirm this but after the day my daughters had their FIRST Cut.... They had lice after that appointment. This was in the past- I let it slide. But I can not share these incidents with parents who need nothing but time on their side. There are plenty of other places to go. Don't bother with Bubble cuts. These incredibly kind people at Bubble Cuts helped me turn it around. I arrived as a walk-in client during their lunch break (of course I did!) and guess what....Ana took my son anyway. They helped me get the bulky stroller for my baby in and out of the shop. They were so kind and patient with my 4yr old as he was getting his hair cut.
