Finay was able to eat at Bubba'33 several days ago. I was really leary of eating at Bubba's but I jus5 had to see what they offered. I'm not a fan of this type of environment but this place was amazing. Loved the whole atmosphere of the place. Greeter was friendly, wait staff we great. Nice roomy booths that can seat 6 or more depending on the size of each guest. Now onto the main thing. The food. Absolutely amazing. I ordered their fried shrimp and was very impressed with the portions, quality of the food. I'm a very picky water and always brace my self for a bad experience with seafood. Imagine my delight when I was presented with some of the best fried shrimp I've ever eaten at a none seafood place. Everyone at my table were impressed with everything. Onion rings we're good, tasty. Salads are huge and fresh. Chicken strips looked yummy. There were no complaints at the table and for my group that is rare. Over all this was a very impressive establishment. I totally enjoyed my experience. The owner wasvery friendly and pleasent. Thank you Bubba's I'll for sure be back. So we went to Bubba's 33 for dinner, drinks, and to watch a football game. Our whole experience was great. Starting with the food our food came out hot and in a timely manner. We order a pizza, onion rings, and wings which were all delicious. Our server was great and provided service that was just as great. We had 4 different specialtie drinks of which all 4 were amazing. The beer was cold. We all had great view of the the TV'S for watching the game. The restaurant and facilities were clean. We will be back with out a doubt. read more

Bubba's 33 makes it way too hard to be their customer!! So I quit trying. First review ever written by me, but I think people should know about my experience. To start, the food is good, sometimes really good. The service can be hit or miss. Now for my story. Last week my wife and I wanted to grab a pizza for dine-in while wrapping up an extremely hectic errand\shopping day, with more stops after dinner. My wife called our order into the restaurant. Because we were in an extreme rush (but wanted to dine in), we called in our pizza order in advance, but told the person we wanted to eat there, rather than carry-out. The person told us they wouldn't do that. She told my wife we could dine-in, or carry-out, period, in not much nicer words. My wife, ever the rule follower, told the person we would order when we arrived. I, not happy that our reasonable request was flatly rejected, asked to speak with the manager on our arrival. I wanted to know if the person answering the phone was making up company policy on the fly, or was this actually a thing. After explaining things to the manage, he blew me off and told me "tough darts" in so many words. His "explanation" was that someone might try to do what I did, and then refuse to accept the food because they were stuck in traffic or some other reason they were late. Just to make sure I followed his argument, I confirmed that all togo food is staged on a warmer until pickup, just like the dine-in food. Explaining that getting stuck in traffic could happen to anyone, regardless of whether their order was for dine-in or carryout fell on deaf (i.e., obtuse ears). This wouldn't be that big of a deal, except that this follows disappointing experiences with Bubba's 33 (e.g., they wouldn't accept a $5 off coupon that we received from them on a prior visit, and no meal-delivery services). The manager mentioned that they are affiliated with Texas Roadhouse, or something similar. However, these guys simply aren't ready for prime-time. I thought he might come back by our table and give us some coupon or something to try to get us to come back. Never saw him again! haha. If you enjoy being told "no" as a customer, or if you hate customer service and convenience, this place is for you!! read more

Only giving this 1 star because 0 stars isn't available. Ordered 2 burgers and they both came out RAW in the middle, not undercooked but straight up RAW. Told the waitress and she took them back but no offer to remove them from the bill for the inconvenience of having to wait for them to re-do them. Let me start by saying I debated on whether or not to post this..... I ordered the chicken tender salad. There were 3 other people with me. They ordered wings, a pizza and chicken tenders. The chicken tenders on the salad were cut up into bite sized pieces. I started pouring the ranch over my salad and stirring everything up when I noticed a couple of pieces of chicken that looked weird. Upon closer inspection some of the chicken was not cooked all the way, and the center still appeared to be raw. When our waitress came to the table I asked her to look at them and see what she thought. After looking at one of the pieces she proceeded to tell me that next time (which I doubt there will be a next time) I need to make sure to order them well done....... I didn't say much else because I was dumbfounded. I have never heard of having to order chicken well done, who orders chicken medium rare? She did apologize and comp the meal. Absolutely loved this place. Came Wednesday night and headed straight for the bar. The server was friendly and always made sure to check on us often enough to remind us that she was available but not to the point of being bothersome. We came in for beer and appetizers -- Oktoberfest came in FROSTED mugs and was ice cold -- we ordered layered tots? - Unsure if that's the one with or without chili - which was made incorrectly at first... but in less than 10 minutes the entire situation was rectified by the staff without us having to mention a thing. That alone convinced us why this will definitely be among our top dining establishments. I was really excited for this place to open cause I've never been before. I went in expecting them to be on their A-game for opening week. But it sucked. I understand there were a lot of people and it's new but it still sucked. No one refilled my drink til I flagged someone down. They forgot my side when my food came out and it took another 5 mins to flag someone down. And we didn't receive napkins or utensils and after ANOTHER 5 mins of trying to get someone's attention, my husband just went and grabbed some from behind the bar. It seemed like everybody was chickens running around with their heads cut off. Someone tried to give is another person's order, twice. The food was okay but way overpriced. This place was fantastic! My guy who is super picky about his burgers was in love with his sunrise burger. Yolk was perfect and there was bacon grinded into their patty. The photo is the southern fried chicken. It's boneless so just the breast but I seriously need to learn how to cook my chicken like this. It was so juicy and the thin gravy on top was perfect. Our side salads were made to order, and they were so fresh and crispy. I had the California chicken: Grilled chicken breast topped with provolone cheese, avocado, pico de gallo and Honey Lime sauce.
