This was my first experience at Bubba's and I must say, it was a great one! I went here for lunch and sat at the bar since that is generally where you get your best service, particularly at lunchtime. My intuition was right and my server did a fantastic job of explaining the menu and taking care of my needs before I even ask! I don't recall my servers name, but it was a female, who wore glasses and was very attentive, and knew the menu well. I ended up getting a burger which was absolutely fantastic.! It was far from your typical bar, food burger, and was very well prepared, gourmet style, and bursting with flavor in the fries, which I don't typically eat, were so good, that I pretty much cleaned them up! Staff friendly service was good got pizza since they had a special I got a strawberry lemonade Hubby got beer He said it was the Best Beer He has ever had out it was icey cold! and that's how its supposed to be. Was looking for I nice place to grab some food while in the area ..OMG, glad we stopped in fast,very friendly service .Food was arrived in a good amount of time done as ordered and was fantastic. (Get the tader tots as a side) .our server kept our drinks full with out having to find her and wait ....you can pay at the table .. If you driving by and don't stop you are making a big mistake .. The staff rocks, my waitress Shy was extremely helpful by explaining the specials to me and pointing out popular items on the menu. She has the perfect disposition and is very attentive to the customers needs. The atmosphere is "wall to wall TVs" with music playing in the background. It is a sports bar at its finest. I ordered chicken strips with shrimp, with onion rings and a side salad. The side salad was a beast And oh my goodness is was cold and very tasty. The lettuce was fresh iceberg with some cheese, tomatoes, and onions. Fresh and giant. The chicken strips were superb!!! Freshly breaded, served warm and moist. I had a side of their bbq sauce which gave it a bit of tang. Some of the finest chicken strips in town!!!!! Keeping inline with the chicken strips the shrimp were awesome and perfectly cooked. The onion rings were flavorful but just not my thing. The beer batter made it taste heavy and a little greasy for me. Not my thing but still tasty. Finished running errands around 11am on a Saturday morning and wanted pasta and beer. Leaving the dollar tree, i saw this place. Its been opened since about Dec 18. Brandy, my waitress was SOOOO nice. explained everything to me about the restaurant and brunch. They have a brunch menu but i opted for a burger (which was sooo good) and fries. I also got a $4 margarita which was pretty big actually. Mitch was the manager he was super nice too. Since it was my first time there, Mitch gave me a coupon for a free app and to sign up for their emails. Apparently, the place gets a little crowded and my sign up would also let me "hold reservations" in case the place was crowded if i come back again. Prices seemed very reasonable. The restaurant might've been at 60% capacity by noon. I would go back! read more

This was our first time here. We came to watch vs women's worldcup soccer. After reading the reviews we settled on coming here. We walked in and found the place already jumping, wall to wall TVs. We decided to sit at the bar, but had to move so my husband can see the game better. The servers were outstanding. Rach every server who walked by checked on us. They had a awesome menu and specials. I choose the It's A Classic and my husband had the Brunchritto. Once we were served, I found myself feeling duped. The tater tots were excellent, bacon was salty, and my eggs overcooked, even though I asked The biscuit was too thick top enjoy and dry, and they serve only gravy with it. I have been to there a few times. It's a nice sports bar, afternoons are slower, so you can expect to get your food faster. Dinner time is always busy and you can expect to have a bit of a wait to get your food. The service last night was very good, only thing was, the wait for food. We brought our grandfather and he loved but that was his only complaint. He loved the burger, the bacon could've been cooked a bit longer, but he asked when the best time to come would be, I anticipate his return. We stopped in after Christmas shopping. I had the California chicken with rice and a side of broccoli. Wow, it was so good and exceeded my expectations! The chicken was cooked perfectly (so tender) and the broccoli was also fabulous. My boyfriend had the black n blue burger and mom had southern/smothered (forgot what it was called) fried chicken with mashed potatoes. They were both very happy also. The food was good! But the server Alica wasn't all that great. I asked for another ranch dressing and two more beers. She was more worried about farting around with her co workers . I had to tell her that my beers have been sitting up there and she said .....yeah. We went to pay the bill gave her a hundred dollars bill and she assumed she was getting the change. This place gets crowded to the point where you think it's going to be awhile just to get your order but that has never happened to us when we order it comes out in a timely fashion and with a smile. First time here and it was a good experience. This place reminded me of Texas Roadhouse in the sense that the coworkers seemed family oriented. For drinks, I ordered a blackberry lemonade and it was not as tart as I'm used to from other places; good nonetheless. For the main course my boyfriend and I ordered the burger with fried egg, I added onion rings, and then we shared a basket of wings with old bay seasoning. When we tried the wings we were both surprised to how well they were cooked! Some places don't cook their wings crispy enough or seem microwaved, but not these! The size of them were better than I expected and they put the right amount of seasoning. The burgers were delicious and cooked perfectly. My complaints were the amount of onion rings given for an extra upcharge and the server never asked to give us refills. Other than that, I'd come again! read more

I've come before to grab burgers for dinner (which were great), but recently came for their first Sunday drag brunch. The performers were FANTASTIC and our server Jenna was kind and as quick as she could be. The restaurant seemed short staffed and underprepared for this event. The show was supposed to start at 12, but it started over half an hour late. It was their first time having a drag brunch so hopefully their next one will have better timing. Food was still coming out at 12 (and even after 12:30) so I get it. The set-up of the room was awful. My group and I were in the corner by the other door and we could barely see any of the performances. Employees were standing in a group in front of us at the beginning, but spread out when we told them we couldn't see. Most drag shows are in a more open space so you can at least partially see at all times. We could see less than half the time. I would not come back for a drag brunch at this location. Our brunch began with free cinnamon knots. These were already on the table when we got there - which sketched me out since you didn't know how long they've been there. They tasted like dough thrown in old grease and then tossed with some sugar. If these are a menu item I would not recommend anyone ever pay for these. Gross. $2 mimosas were good & a good size, but very slow to come out. We ordered another round of drinks when our first drinks were brought out so they would show up by the time we were done. Loaded fries were actually amazing! Love the ranch. Someone said they make all their sauces in house - not sure if this is true but the ranch was great. Chicken & French toast was very good too! Food was all great! If I come back I am definitely getting more loaded fries. The atmosphere is what really brings this place down. The music is so loud you can barely hear the person next to you talking. I've seen many other reviews say this, so I guess management doesn't care. Throughout the show it seemed the entire staff came into the room and had their phones out recording the performance. I get it because the drag queens were amazing, but it was surprising how many staff were there at once. They also happened to be standing right in front of our table, so they blocked our view a lot. Listen, this is a GEM in the Glen Burnie area and I feel that other establishments should take notes, because this place is EVERYTHING...when you walk through the doors...you're greeted and you feel WELCOMED...the waiters/waitresses are all polite and KNOWLEDGEABLE of the menu and or your options! The food is PHENOMENAL...we had a table full of food and I honestly forgot to take pictures, but we had WINGS(Teriyaki & Raspberry Chipotle) ABSOLUTELY GOOD, Classic Cheeseburger meal, The Pizza is UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS...the crust has a slight crisp to it and it also has some kind of seasoning...I loved it! First visit for me, multiple visits for my friends. When checking in the bar was packed, dining room empty. We were told open seating in bar ( even though we had 2 young children) or a wait. My friends laughed and said they have never been seated in dining room. I'm sure this is do to staffing. Our waitstaff was efficient. First up drinks, I had a Long Island ice tea, quite disappointed as definitely not a real LIT but more of a spiked lemonade. I should have stuck with wine. Apps-we ordered Chorizo Queso, this was actually quite good, only issue, chorizo was flavorless, but overall we ate up the dip. 2nd we ordered a small Arugula and cheese pizza to go around for 5 of us. I don't care for goat cheese so I passed, but everyone else enjoyed. Main Course-I had the Italian Chopped Salad, the ingredients were wonderful and plentiful. However the Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette had way to much lemon and oil and basically the bottom of salad bowl was soupy and dressing way to tart to enjoy. One of my friends ordered the Habanero burger and said it was great. Not being from the area, I was told, this was the place to go without having to drive 45 mins in traffic so it stays busy. I'd try it again but would probably stick to Pizza or Burgers. Oh I had thought about ordering their signature rib eye, but was warned this is not the place for a good steak.
