Ordered one of their recommended burritos, pretty much was all rice, little to no shrimp or steak. Pretty poor experience for $23

It's not Bubbakoo's. It's this store. They just can't get it right. The other locations are good. This actually hurts the brand.

There were several Mexican restaurants to choose from and many had great Yelp reviews. After careful consideration .... Tacos El Tio was our pick and so glad it was! What a gem. And they have a full liquor license with tons of great drinks, especially if you're looking for a margarita! I opted for a nice Mandarin Jarritos soda -- i was just in the mood. They also have screens with sporting events on + an area with a full bar to hang. They have booths and areas for large tables too - so it's great for the whole family or a nice date night. My husband loved his steak fajitas and could not stop raving about them. He loved them! I ordered the chicken fajita enchilada..and it was ginormous - - you could make two meals out of it! Sorry I dont have more photos - - we were hungry! :) And I cannot forget our awesome server, Jose! He was a super nice server and loved that he was from Ecuador - - where we recently traveled! We will definitely be back. I just made your Mexican restaurant selection for Egg Harbor Township easy!

HOWEVER, that other place is BYOB, and if you want to have an alcoholic beverage, for example, a margarita, you'll need to bring your own tequila. Tacos El Tio is a full-service Mexican restaurant that offers well-crafted beverages alongside delicious food. Now, to the specifics... TET has lots of parking. The inside is large, clean, and offers plenty of comfortable seating. You might prefer a table or booth that's on the far side of the dining room, well away from the bar area with its speakers and any loud conversations. Our server, Julie, was attentive, efficient, and delightful. They offer a range of margaritas, from specialty concoctions to their margaritas-on-tap. The on-tap version is about half the cost of the concocted version and, in my opinion, a far better value. As for food, all we tried, all we had to try, was their Los Nachos El Tio. That was a plate, heaped high with corn tortillas, layered with nacho stuff, along with generous portions of beef, chicken, and chorizo. And, unlike the nachos offered by some places, the good stuff wasn't merely a topping; it was interspersed with chips from top to bottom. And it was enough that even though we started off hungry, and even though it was delicious, my wife and I couldn't finish it. The only thing we'll do at our next visit is leave out the chorizo; it was our least favorite of the three proteins. TLDR: Sit somewhere far from the bar, get the least expensive margaritas, order the nachos (maybe without the chorizo), and leave your tequila at home.

However, with…read morethat being said my retired parental units from down south had made a trip based on an amazing promotion that they found and would be staying in the Tropicana Hotel and Casino. Though I don't usually join them on these jaunts the need for some family time was present and I was able to get a ticket for the bus that leaves from my area fairly quick and easy. I'm in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and the ride is about two hours give or take depending on traffic. Once I arrived and having caught up for a few minutes we decided to get some lunch. My early start found me only having one of those Carnation Breakfast drinks on the bus. There were a few interesting options to enjoy but Mom suggested Casa Taco and I'm not one to argue since I love Mexican food myself. The downside was that they were not yet serving lunch so breakfast it was. We all kept it simple and ordered the "Two Eggs with Meat" listing on the menu. I had scrambled eggs with sausages and my folks the same but with a differently prepared egg. A steaming cup of coffee and orange juice complimented the order. The restaurant was clean and very open in terms of layout and while I didn't catch our servers name she was very friendly and brought our orders out as quick as it was possible. At the end there wasn't a scrap on my plate but like I said I was hungry. So if you find yourself in the Tropicana down in Atlantic City, NJ this is a good recommendation from me. I cannot say when or if I will be back here because I like to try different places whenever I visit somewhere but only time will tell.

The inside is simple, with cafeteria-style seating and a big, clean kitchen, but the warm welcome from the staff sets the tone right away. The menu is an all-day affair, loaded with breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. While the dining room was quiet during our visit, the constant stream of DoorDash drivers picking up orders made it clear this spot is a local favorite. They offer both bottled and fountain drinks, keeping things easy and classic. We kicked things off with the fried pickles. I'll admit, I am not usually a fan, but my dining partner insisted. At around $10, these were worth every penny. They were hand-battered, not frozen, and came out steaming hot with a side of ranch. The portion was huge, and to my surprise, they were excellent. If fried pickles are your thing, these are a must-try. For the main course, I nearly went with the fried flounder sandwich, but at the last second I joined my friend in ordering the Jersey Devil Cheeseburger. This beast of a burger was an 8-ounce spicy patty cooked to order and topped with Thousand Island, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, fried onions, and mushrooms on a Kaiser roll. At $11.99, it came with a pickle and a side dish, and I went with the slaw. It was fresh and tasty, though my friend thought it could use a little more vinegar. The burger itself was fresh, huge, and delivered on its promise of heat. It even came crowned with a whole roasted jalapeño pepper as garnish. For me, the cayenne packed a little too much punch without much flavor, and I think smoked jalapeños might make an even better choice. Still, my friend loved it, and we both left full and satisfied. Molly's Kitchen is the kind of place you want to have in your back pocket. It's simple, friendly, and serving up hearty food that feels made with care. If you're in the Northfield area and looking for a great bite, don't pass this place by. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm nearby.

We've dined at Chili's before and the food is consistent each time. Everything was just fine and middle of the road, which met our expectations. Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Drinks and appetizers arrived promptly -- impressive, considering side plates did not. We had to ask for those. Our server let us know she was new, which is fine, but plates are kind of Restaurant 101. After inhaling our appetizers, we placed our dinner orders -- lots of food, lots of sides. On her first trip back, we learned they were out of the much-hyped "new" mac and cheese. No worries, my husband offered to swap for mozzarella sticks and even pay an upcharge because at this point we just wanted to eat. On her second trip back, she informed us that replacing mac and cheese with mozzarella sticks would cost $6. Six dollars. For cheese. On the side. Bold choice. Then came the third trip, delivered with a somber expression, where we were informed they were also out of mayonnaise and ranch dressing. At 7:30 PM. During dinner service. At a restaurant. My daughter genuinely asked if we were being punked, and honestly, fair question. We asked for a manager, hoping for reassurance, accountability, or at least an apology. What we got was... none of that. He seemed unbothered, offered no real explanation, and his shirt was untucked -- a fitting visual metaphor for the entire operation. We canceled our meals, paid for what we had already received, and relocated to Outback, where -- plot twist -- they had food. And condiments. And professionalism. If you're craving disappointment, confusion, and a thrilling scavenger hunt for basic menu items, this is your place. Otherwise, one star is generous.
