The guy that answered the phone was extremely annoyed I had called, didn't understand what a time call (or scheduled call) was and proceeded to ask me questions that were irrelevant like what time my flight was, like the time I was requesting was unreasonable or something. This company apparently doesn't need the business so don't bother calling.

I had a late shift at work and bc of the snow the roads were slick but not horrible.. after trying for an hour and a half to get an Uber (apparently all their available drivers only wanted to hang out at the airport)... So I called Anton's and was able to get a ride home within a reasonable amount of time. The woman who took my call (i forgot to ask her name) was very friendly and helpful as was my driver who even called me to assure me he was on his way. This was my first time using a taxi service and i was pleasantly surprised that the fare was not as outrageous as i had expected, it was not much more than what i normally pay for an Uber or Lyft for the same ride. They text you updates on your ride and even have an app that you can download and use to request a ride which i think is very convenient and definitely helps them stay competitive with others services like Uber/ Lyft. I will definitely be using Anton's Transportation whenever i need a taxi service!!

Since you ripped me off, below is the message I posted on social media. @UberEats How many people have been billed for a meal that was never delivered. I called Uber Eats yesterday and explained that order was cancelled and NEVER left the restaurant. This morning I get an email that the charge remains. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD Buyer beware. The driver showed up with his wife (well, it seemed to be his wife) on the front passenger seat!!!!! The luggages and wheel chair took up the 3rd row seats and their second row had only two separate chairs with pathway in between. After I loaded all the luggages and my mother, there was no seat left for me. The driver told me to seat on the floor. Yes, I am NOT kidding!!! I flat out refused!! Then he said his wife can sit on the floor (between us). I told him no one is going to be sitting on the floor in a moving vehicle on the expressway! That is dangerous and illegal!!! It was late, and I wanted to get my mother home ASAP, so I ended up taking a separate taxi on my own. During all this time neither of them never offered to have the wife get out of the vehicle to make room for us. It costed me extra $35 for the new taxi (different company). The driver still charged me full $35! So this ride home costed me $70 total. So, I had to literally pay for that lady's (his wife) fare!!!!!!!! I am resisting the urge to report this company to the authorities... Wow. Unbelievable!!!!
