Just drive in though secure gate without stopping, the license plate scanner knows who you are because you made an online reservation ahead of time. Pick your spot, and before you can get your bag out of your car, the shiny red shuttle is close behind. Don't hesitate to phone them if they get behind. Super friendly, better than family, haha. And they seem happy to see you on your return. Drop you off right at your car, and you drive right out with no fumbling for tickets, etc. receipt emailed automagically. We highly recommend Park n' Go. Our travel day on 5/8 was so stressful that I can't even recall the name of our incredible driver at 1:30 PM--but I'll never forget what he did for us. Just as he was dropping us at the airport, we realized we'd left our carry-on at home. It had everything we couldn't afford to lose: critical medications, our service dog's food, and important paperwork. We live in Springboro, and without hesitation, the shuttle driver rushed my husband back to our car and promised to return for him immediately. True to his word, he picked him up and brought him back in the nick of time--offering this sage advice: "You're never going to win the argument about whose fault this was, so let it go." Really pleased we chose to use our coupon to take advantage of the services offered by Park-N-Go. The experience from beginning to end was pleasant. The only question I have is, why didn't the check in girl offer coffee/newspaper? It was 4ish in the morning, and nothing was open in the airport, yet. That would've been "great". I recently used this service to attend a CME conference in Florida. When going thru security I did not have my phone. I flew to Florida and thru touching base with my friends and family I was able to locate my phone being left on the bus and found. My grandson had called and a male answered my phone. I knew my phone had to be at home on the dining room table, my car or the bus. I called Park-N-Go and the owner had my phone, took my phone to a mail service and my phone was overnighted. I used a Groupon and this was my first time using Park-N-Go. My Groupon was valid for the valet service. In the past, I have used other off-site parking services. Unfortunately, Park-N-Go didn't match up to other places. Upon arrival I parked my car in front at the valet area. No one meet me outside to get my luggage it take my car. It was 4:00 am and I had to walk inside to the counter to talk with a representative. I was not offered water, coffee, or a newspaper. The bus arrived for valet passengers less than a 5 minute wait. After the picked us up we went to pick up those who self parked. Fortunately, my arrival back from the airport was better. There was a bus waiting at the airport and upon arrival the Park-N-Go my car was waiting in the valet area. Overall, it was okay but the valet experience isn't worth the money. read more

As a frequent flyer, this is the best way to go. I always park in the valet and the pickup service to the airport is quick and timely. When arriving back to the airport, occasionally it takes longer than I would wish for the bus to arrive at the airport, but after being away from home anything other than walking out of the airport and on the bus, would probably be too long. The parking points are nice (1 point a day, 10 points = a free day) to use when traveling on my own dime for vacations. The garage parking is $15 a day and no free day perks. Unless you choose to park in the coverage garage, have it snow during just one trip and you will wish you had parked with Park-N-Go Valet, as when you return to pickup your car it is running and windows scrapped and ready to drive. No waiting to de-ice and your car to warm up. read more

We found a Groupon for airport valet parking and decided to give these guys a try (it was an awesome deal so we weren't expecting much) but we were pleasantly surprised! 1) We got 7 days of valet for the same price of a few days of self service parking at a bigger airport and our car was warm and ready to drive off when we arrived. We paid when we dropped the car off and it was very nice to just hop in the car and head home after a day of traveling! 2) The customer service was amazing! We arrived home on Thanksgiving and every employee working was SO kind and friendly- even though they were away from their families on a holiday! They even sent us home with a few bottles of water. This is really the only place we park when going to the airport. The price is right, it is definitely convenient and overall service is pretty darn good. I love that they have your car all nice and toasty warm, ready for you to jump in and drive off on a cold winter night. They occasionally offer groupons so you may want to take a look to see if they are offering one prior to booking. Why the one star deduction? We were a little disappointed in the lack of professionalism the last time we were there. There had been some confusion about the car wash package we had purchased and the gentleman on the other end of the phone basically told us " I know you pick your ride up in 12 hours but it is too late to wash your car." It resolved itself but I was not thrilled with their lack of customer service...that guy's anyway. It will not deter us from parking there again though. They have a good thing going on! read more

I chose to take advantage of their coupon for free Valet parking for new customers and the service I received was exceptional. Everyone there was friendly and courteous. They appear to have at least 2 shuttles that run from the lot to the airport on a 10 minute schedule, so my wait for the bus was minimal. I will be travelling a lot in the coming months (and possibly years), and I have every intention of using Park-N-Go's valet services as much as possible. I'm sure I'll have a chance to earn plenty of rewards points. As a veteran, I also really appreciate the fact that they offer an exceptional discount for active duty military personnel and veterans. All in all this was a good experience for me. They took me to the airport right away and so that part of the experience was virtually stress-free. I waited 20 minutes to be picked up but right when I was calling them to see where they were, they arrived. When I called she was contacting the driver to find out how far they were from me, and I got the impression that customer service and satisfaction was important to them. These guys are great! I travel about once a quarter, perfect schedule for oil changes. I use their valet parking service and while I'm gone, my oil is changed! Reasonable prices, and they even offer a military discount. When you return from your trip, just text them, hop on the shuttle outside baggage claim, and return to a car that is running and heated or cooled accordingly! read more

I will always park here when I fly out of the Dayton airport! I feel safe parking here in terms of my car's safety while I'm gone, and I feel safe waiting for the bus, riding the bus, etc. as someone who often travels alone! Their prices are very fair and I always make a reservation beforehand. I do wish they had some sort of loyalty program for their self park customers and not just the valet! This is a company that understands customer service. I parked here whilst vacationing in Mexico and could not be more pleased. The service was fast and excellent when I dropped off my car for valet and had no wait boarding the free shuttle to my terminal. It seems I made a couple of mistakes when I reserved my time and was very nervous. I emailed Brian right away and he responded very quickly. Even though the mistake was mine, he was very understanding and eager to correct my reservation. He then went above and beyond by waiving any money I would have been penalized for my errors. What a gem! Professional, service-oriented people from start to finish are getting more difficult to find these days. We've been using Park-n-Go for many years and always had a great experience. They get us to the airport fast every time and pick us up within a few minutes of texting our arrival. Everyone we deal with is friendly and helpful. We just got back from a grueling trip to California that involved missed connections, overnight stays in a crappy hotel and lost luggage. I've parked here both valet and self park. Both times I got courteous prompt service. The shuttle bus was available within 10 minutes to get me back to my car and on my way. It's a decent deal for the week if you purchase at groupon (Valet = $7/day). Both shuttle drivers I experienced upon arrival were nice/courteous/helpful. Their business is shady though. Valet offers absolutely nothing over regular (maybe in the winter it's nice to have the car warmed up and ready but I used their service recently, the car wasn't even out there when I got back from my trip, I had to go in and wait for the keys, and we carried our own bags). When I first got there I told the guy our flight number/time and let him know that technically we'll need their service for 7 days plus a few extra hours, he said it was fine, the groupon would cover it. But when I got back from the trip a very rude woman charged $10 for an extra day of valet service due to those couple extra hours. There was absolutely nothing about this experience that was "valet" I'll try Westwind next time I want valet service, they drive you over in a Limo ($17 for 4 days of parking @ Groupon). Or Thrify, for $5 a day you can park and not have to bother with a shuttle service. Far better deals, avoid Park-N-Go at all costs read more

The service is so friendly and prompt. Traveling long distances is stressful and tiring so I truly enjoyed this experience after a tough red eye flight. On my way out of the airport, all I had to do was text my valet # and the shuttle was outside by the time I got there! It's great that they have so many additional services so I opted for interior detailing and it made me so happy to come back to my car all clean, running, and ready to go! I didn't even have to step inside the office to finish the transaction... Just hopped into my clean car and drove the hour home! DO NOT USE THEM! We used them last In November 2012 and on July 16th a mysterious charged showed up on our credit card bill from them. I called them and come to find out they keep credit cards on file and had charged our card for someone's parking with a similar name - WHATTT??????? I haven't even flew out of Dayton for almost THREE YEARS! Scary! I am pretty sure it's not legal to keep credit card numbers on file! read more
